துணை நிலை மருத்துவ படிப்புகள் மத்திய அரசு அதிகாரப்பூர்வ பட்டியல்

நாட்டில் திறமையான தகுதியுடைய எதிர்காலத்திற்கு உகந்த சுகாதாரப் பராமரிப்பு பணியாளர் கட்டமைப்பை உருவாக்க மத்திய சுகாதாரம், குடும்பநல அமைச்சகம், சுகாதார பராமரிப்புப் பணிகள் சார்ந்த கல்வி, பயிற்சி, தொழில்முறை தரங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை வலுப்படுத்தி வருகிறது. இதன் ஒரு முக்கிய நடவடிக்கையாக, சுகாதார பராமரிப்புப் பணி ஆணையத்தின் ஒழுங்குமுறை வரம்பிற்குள் வரக்கூடிய 33 புதிய, 21 மறுசீரமைக்கப்பட்ட, புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்ட இளநிலை, முதுநிலைப் பட்டப்படிப்புகளை பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

நாட்டில், சுகாதாரப் பராமரிப்பு சார்ந்த கல்வியில் சிறந்த சீரான தன்மையை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கும், இத்துறைகளில் கல்வி, தொழில்முறை வழிவகைகளை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்கும் இந்த அறிவிப்பு ஒரு முக்கிய நடவடிக்கையாகும்.

பிஸியோதெரபி மருத்துவம், கண் பரிசோதனை, மருத்துவ ஆய்வக அறிவியல், அவசரநிலை மருத்துவத் தொழில்நுட்பம், மயக்க மருந்து, அறுவை சிகிச்சை அறை தொழில்நுட்பம், ஊட்டச்சத்து மற்றும் உணவுமுறை, உளவியல், மருத்துவ மற்றும் சமூக மனநலப்பணி, மருத்துவ கதிரியக்கவியல், மருத்துவ உதவியாளர், சுவாசத் தொழில்நுட்பம், டயாலிசிஸ் சிகிச்சை தொழில்நுட்பம், சுகாதார தகவல் மேலாண்மை ஆகிய துறைகள் பட்டப்படிப்புகளில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

The degrees notified cover disciplines including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Emergency Medical Technology, Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Psychology, Medical and Social Psychiatric Social Work, Medical Radiology, Imaging and Therapeutic Technology, Physician Associate, Respiratory Technology, Dialysis Therapy Technology and Health Information Management, among others. The notification specifies the degree nomenclature, abbreviation, duration and entry qualifications, while course durations have also been revised for select programmes.

The notification further provides for specialisation-specific degrees, with nine specialisations in Master of Occupational Therapy, eight in Master of Physiotherapy, four in Master of Medical Laboratory Sciences, three in Master of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology and two in Master of Respiratory Technology. This will expand academic opportunities for students and enable universities to offer specialised programmes aligned with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
