வெளிநாட்டு சுற்றுப் பயணத்தை முடித்துவிட்டு திரும்பிய பிரதமர் மோடி அரிதான நிகழ்வாக நாடாளுமன்றத்துக்கு வெளியே செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்தார். ஆனால் நாடாளுமன்றத்துக்கு உள்ளே வந்து மதிப்புக்குரிய நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் முன்னிலையில் பேச மறுக்கிறார்.
மூத்த தலைவர் யஷ்வந்த் சின்ஹா அவர்கள் நேற்று முன் தினம் எழுதிய கட்டுரையில் ஜனநாயகம் என்பது நாடாளுமன்றக் கட்டிடத்தின் அழகால் வரையறுக்கப்படுவதில்லை… தேசத்தின் முக்கியமான பிரச்சினைகளை நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் விவாதிப்பதில்தான் ஜனநாயகத்தின் தரம் இருக்கிறது என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்.
’இந்தியா’ கூட்டணி இதற்காகத்தான் மணிப்பூர் பற்றி நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் விவாதம் நடத்த வேண்டும் என்று அழைப்பு விடுத்தது. பாஜக அதை எதிர்க்கிறது.
மணிப்பூரில் 170 பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். ஆயிரக்கணக்கானோர் காயமடைந்திருக்கிறார்கள். அறுபதாயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் தங்கள் இருப்பிடங்களில் இருந்து இடம் பெயர்ந்தி ருக்கிறார்கள். 3500 வீடுகள் எரிக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டன. இரு தரப்பிலும் மக்கள் கொடூரமாக கொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள், பெண்கள் பாலியல் வன்முறைக்கு ஆளாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
மூன்று மாதங்களாக நடக்கும் இந்த கலவரத்தை ஏன் கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியவில்லை என்று மணிப்பூர் மாநில முதல்வரிடம் கேட்டால், ‘இரண்டு சகோதரர்கள் சண்டையிட்டுக் கொள்கிறார்கள். அரசு தந்தையை போல செயல்பட்டு இருதரப்புக்கும் இடையே பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது’ என்கிறார். இப்படி சொல்வதற்கு உங்களுக்கு வெட்கமாக இல்லையா?
மணிப்பூர் மாநிலம் பொதுமக்கள்-போலீஸ் விகிதத்தில் இந்தியாவிலேயே உயர்ந்த நிலையில் இருக்கிறது. 161 மத்திய கம்பெனி போலீசார், அசாம் ரைபிள் படையினர் உட்பட மணிப்பூரில் இருக்கிறார்கள். ஆனாலும் அரசு மக்களைக் காப்பாற்றத் தவறவிட்டது. பிரதமரின் மவுனமும், மணிப்பூர் அரசின் செயலற்ற தன்மையும் மணிப்பூரில் வீடுகள் எரிக்கப்படவும், போலீஸாரே சூறையாடலில் ஈடுபடுவதையும், மக்களே ஒருவரை ஒருவர் அடித்துக் கொண்டு சாவதையும் தொடரச்செய்திருக்கிறது. பெண்களை ஆணவஅணிவகுப்பு நடத்தி பாலியல் வன்முறைக்கு ஆளாக்கியிருக்கிறது.
இந்த டபுள் இன்ஜின் அரசு கைகளைக் கட்டிக் கொண்டு சகோதரர்கள் சண்டையிடுவதைப் பார்த்துக் கொண்டே இருந்திருக்கிறது.
மணிப்பூரில் இரு பெண்கள் பாலியல் வன்முறைக்கு ஆளாக்கப்பட்டு நிர்வாணமாக இழுத்துச் செல்லப்பட்ட அந்த வீடியோதான் தேசத்தின் மனசாட்சியையும் உலகத்தின் மனசாட்சியையும் ஒரு சேர உலுக்கியது. 21 வயது இளம்பெண்ணின் தந்தையும், சகோதரரும் அவளைக் காப்பாற்ற போராடியபோது கொல்லப்பட்டனர். வன்முறை கும்பல் அந்த குடும்பத்தை பிடித்தபோது அந்த குடும்பத்தினர் அங்கிருந்த போலீஸ் ஜிப்சியை நோக்கி ஓடியிருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் போலீஸ்காரர்களிடம், ‘எங்களை போலீஸ் ஜிப்சியில் ஏற்றி எங்காவது பாதுகாப்பான இடத்தில் கொண்டு போய் விட்டுவிடுங்கள்’ என்று பிச்சையெடுப்பதைப் போல போலீசாரிடம் கெஞ்சியிருக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் போலீஸ் அந்த குடும்பத்தினருக்கு உதவ மறுத்துவிட்டது. மாறாக அந்த பெண்ணை வன்முறை கும்பலிடமே ஒப்படைத்திருக்கிறது போலீஸ். அதன் பிறகுதான் அந்த பெண்ணின் தந்தையும் கொல்லப்பட்டார், சகோதரும் கொல்லப்பட்டார்.
