அவரது மரணம் திரை உலகை மட்டுமல்ல தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் அவரை தினசரி இரவு தொலைக்காட்சியில் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்தவர் மத்தியிலும் அதிர்ச்சி அலைகளை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது .
அவர் நடித்த எதிர்நீச்சல் தொலைக்காட்சி தொடர் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் பெருவாரியான வரவேற்பை பெற்ற தொடராகும்.
அதில் ஒரு குடும்பத் தலைவனாக இருக்கும் அவர்தான் அந்த தொடரின் வில்லனாக சித்தரிக்கப்படுவார் .
அந்த பாத்திரத்துக்கு ஏற்ப அவர் பேசும் வசனங்களும் எப்போதும் தன் மனதை கொதி நிலையிலேயே வைத்திருப்பது போல் அந்த பாத்திரம் சித்தரிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தது .
இதனால் அவர் பேசும் பேச்சுகள் அனைத்துமே எதிர்மறையானதாகவே இருந்து வந்தது.

அதன் விளைவாகத்தானோ என்னவோ அவர் பேசிய வார்த்தைகள் பலித்து அவரை மரணம் கொத்திக் கொண்டு போய்விட்டது.
நடிப்பு வேறு; வாழ்க்கை வேறு என்பதை உணர்ந்து கலைஞர்கள் மட்டுமல்ல அவர்களை திரையில் பார்ப்பவர்களும் உணர வேண்டும்.
மக்கள் ரசிக்கிறார்கள் என்பதற்காக தினமும் சண்டை போடுவதையே வாடிக்கையாக வைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒரு குடும்பத்தை சித்தரித்து அதை வைத்து மக்களை கவர நினைக்கும் தொலைக்காட்சிகளும் இதனை உணர வேண்டும்.
