]]>யுபிஎஸ்சி நடத்தும் குடிமைப் பணியாளர் தேர்வில் ஐஏஎஸ் (இந்திய ஆட்சிப் பணி), ஐபிஎஸ் (இந்திய காவல் பணி), ஐஎஃப்எஸ் (இந்திய வெளியுறவு பணி) மற்றும் குரூப்-ஏ, குரூப்-பி பணியிடங்களுக்கான குடிமைப் பணிகளுக்கானத் தேர்வுகள் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வு (பிரிலிமினரி), முதன்மைத் தேர்வு (மெயின்) மற்றும் ஆளுமைத் தேர்வு என மூன்று கட்டங்களாக நடத்தப்படுகிறது.
இதில் முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வு கடந்த ஆண்டு ஜூன் 5-ஆம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட்டு, அதே மாதத்தில் தேர்வு முடிவுகளும் வெளியிடப் பட்டன. முதன்மைத் தேர்வு கடந்த ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 16 முதல் 25-ஆம் தேதி வரை நடத்தப்பட்டு, டிசம்பர் 6-ஆம் தேதி முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இறுதித் தேர்வான ஆளுமைத் தேர்வு கடந்த 18-ஆம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட்டது. இதன் முடிவுகள் கடந்த 23.5.2023 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது.
இதில் அனைத்து வகுப்பினரும் போட்டியிடக்கூடிய பொதுப் பிரிவில் 345 பேர், பொருளாதாரத்தில் பின்தங்கிய முற்பட்ட வகுப்பினர் (EWS ) 99 பேர், இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர் (OBC ) 263 பேர், தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட சமூகத்தினர் (SC ) 154 பேர், பழங்குடியினர் (ST ) 72 பேர், மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் 41 உள்பட மொத்தம் 933 பேரை குடிமைப் பணிகளில் நியமனம் செய்ய யுபிஎஸ்சி பரிந்துரைத்தது.
சூரஜ் வெற்றிச் சரித்திரம்:
குடிமைப் பணிகள் தேர்வில் வெற்றிபெற்றுள்ள ஒவ்வொரு தகுதியான மாணவரின் பயணமும் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் வேறுபட்டது. அதில் ஆயிரம் சுவராஸ்யங்கள் புதைந்து கிடக்கின்றன. 933 பேரில் 917-வது ரேங்க் பெற்ற, உத்திரபிரதேசத்தின் கஸ்வா குரவலியைச் சேர்ந்த சூரஜ் திவாரி (வயது27), ‘நிலைமை எவ்வளவு கடினமாக இருந்தாலும், முயற்சி செய்பவர்கள் ஒருபோதும் தோற்க மாட்டார்கள்’ என்பதற்கு உதாரணம். ஏழு கடல் தாண்டியதை விட சிவில் சர்வீஸ் தேர்வில் தகுதி பெறுவதே சூரஜ் திவாரிக்கு பெரிய விஷயமாக இருந்தது.
உத்தரப்பிரதேசத்தைச் சேர்ந்த சுராஜ், ரயில் விபத்தில் தனது வலது கை, இரண்டு கால்களை இழந்த நிலையிலும், மனம் தளராமல் யுபிஎஸ்சி தேர்வெழுதி அதில் வெற்றியும் பெற்றுள்ளார். உ.பி-யில் மெயின்பூர் மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்த சுராஜ், கடந்த 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டு காசியாபாத்தின் தாத்ரி பகுதியில் நடந்த ரயில் விபத்தொன்றில் சிக்கி தனது வலது கை, இடது கையில் இரண்டு விரல்கள், இரண்டு கால்களையும் இழந்தவர். கை, கால்களை இழந்தாலும் தன்னம்பிக்கையை இழக்காமல், குடிமைப் பணித் தேர்வுக்குப் படித்து, தேர்வெழுதி வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளார்.
சூரஜ் திவாரியுடன் ஒரு உரையாடலில், அவர் தனது வெற்றி மந்திரத்தைப் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார். ’’நான் சுயமாகப் படித்தேன். எந்த பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளிலும் கலந்து கொள்ளவில்லை. படிப்பைத் தவிர வேறு எதிலும் எனது கவனத்தை செலுத்தவில்லை. இந்த வெற்றி ஒன்றே என்னையும் எனது குடும்பத்தையும் காப்பாற்றும் எதிர்காலம் என்று முழுமையாக நம்பினேன். அதில் வெற்றிபெற்றுவிட்டேன். இப்போது பலருக்கு நான் முன்மாதிரி’’ என்கிறார். நடுத்தரக் குடும்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் சூரஜ். அவரது தந்தை, ராஜேஷ் திவாரி, ஒரு தையல் தொழிலாளி, குராவ்லியில் ஒரு சிறிய சேலை கடை வைத்துள்ளார்.
2017 இல், சூரஜ் புதுடெல்லியில் உள்ள தனது கல்லூரியில் இருந்து திரும்பிக் கொண்டிருந்தபோது. ஜனவரி 29, 2017 அன்று அவர் ஒரு ரயில் நிலையத்தில் ஒரு விபத்தைச் சந்தித்தார். அவரது இரண்டு கால்களும் முழங்காலுக்கு மேல் இருந்தும் வலது கை முழங்கைக்குக் கீழேயும் இழந்ததால், அவர் படுக்கையில் மூழ்கி, அவரது இயற்கை உபாதைகளுக்கு கூட குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்களையே முழுமையாக நம்பியிருந்தார்.
இந்த சோகம் அவரது நடை மற்றும் எழுதும் திறனை மட்டுமல்ல, மனச்சோர்வையும் ஏற்படுத்தியது. சூரஜின் சிகிச்சை 4 மாதங்கள் தொடர்ந்தது. வீட்டின் நிலையும் மோசமடையத் தொடங்கியது, சிறிது நேரம் கழித்து சூரஜின் சகோதரர்களில் ஒருவரும் இறந்தார். இது அவரது வாழ்க்கையின் இருண்ட கட்டம் என்று அவரது குடும்ப உறுப்பினர்கள் கூறினர். ஆனால், சூரஜ் நிலைமையை தோற்கடித்தார்.
கோவிட்-19 இன் போது, அவர் சிவில் சர்வீசஸ் தேர்வுக்குத் தயாராகத் தொடங்கினார். அவர் தனது முதல் முயற்சியிலேயே எழுத்துத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றார், ஆனால் நேர்காணலுக்கு ஒரு சில மதிப்பெண்கள் குறைவாக இருந்ததால் அதற்கு அழைக்கப்படவில்லை. இரண்டாவது முயற்சியில் அவர் தகுதி பெற்றார். முடிவுகள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதில் இருந்தே அவரது குடும்பத்தினரும் நண்பர்களும் அவரது வெற்றியைக் கொண்டாடி வருகின்றனர்.
சூரஜ் கல்லூரி நண்பர்கள் கூறுகையில், டெல்லி ஜவகர்லால் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் பிஎஸ்சி எங்களுடன் படித்தான். படிப்பு வரவில்லை என்பதால் கடைசி 6 மாதம் கல்லூரிக்கு வரவில்லை. பின்னர், பிஏ ருஷ்யன் படிப்பு முடித்தான். சூரஜ் கடின உழைப்பு ஐஏஎஸ் தேர்வெழுதும் பலருக்கு உத்வேகத்தை கொடுத்துள்ளது. அவரை உதாரண புருஷ்ன் என்று இப்போதே பலரும் பேசத்தொடங்கி விட்டனர். இப்போது சூரஜ், எங்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டி’’ என்றார்.
சூரஜ், ‘’நன்றாக இருந்த நான், டெல்லி எய்ம்ஸ் மருத்துவமனையில் கால்கள் அகற்றப்பட்ட நிலையில் துடிதுடித்துப் போனேன். எனது வாழ்க்கை பாதையை நிர்ணயித்துக் கொண்டேன். பெற்றோர் நண்பர்கள் துணையுடன் வெற்றி பெற்றுவிட்டேன். உழைப்பு மட்டுமே நிஜம். 2017-க்கு பிறகு எங்கள் வீட்டுக்கு தீபாவளித் திருநாள் இப்போதுதான் திரும்பி வந்ததுள்ளது’’ என்று மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் அம்மா ஆஷா தேவையை பார்த்துக் கொண்டே கூறினார்.
