]]>தமிழக சட்டசபையில் 2023- 24 ம் நிதி ஆண்டுக்கான வேளாண் பட்ஜெட் கடந்த மார்ச் 21ம் தேதி தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. அமைச்சர் எம்.ஆர். கே பன்னீர்செல்வம் தாக்கல் செய்த பட்ஜெட்டில் 25 உழவர் சந்தைகளில் தொன்மை சார் உணவகங்கள் தனியார் பங்களிப்புடன் உருவாக்கப்படும் என்று அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டு இருந்தார்
இந்நிலையில், 25 உழவர் சந்தையில் தனியார் பங்களிப்புடன் தொன்மை சார் உணவகங்கள் அமைக்க தமிழ்நாடு அரசு அரசாணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. சிறுதானிய கூழ் வகைகள், சிற்றுண்டிகள், மூலிகை சூப் வகைகள் போன்ற உணவுகளை வழங்கி நுகர்வோரிடம் விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்த அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
முதற்கட்டமாக கோவை, திண்டுக்கல், ஈரோடு, குமரி, கள்ளக்குறிச்சி , கிருஷ்ணகிரியில் உணவகம் அமைக்க அனுமதி வழங்கப்படுகிறது. *மதுரை, நீலகிரி, பெரம்பலூர், புதுக்கோட்டை , ராமநாதபுரம், சேலம், தேனி, திருப்பூர், திருச்சி, வேலூர் நெல்லையிலும் தொன்மை சார் உணவகம் அமைக்க அனுமதி அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.
உழவர் சந்தையில் அதிகாலை 4 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 1 மணி வரை மட்டுமே தொன்மைசார் உணவகம் செயல்பட வேண்டும். *சிறுதானிய உணவகத்திற்கு இலக்கிய நயம் சார்ந்த பெயர் சூட்ட அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறது. பிளாஸ்டிக் பை, டம்ளருக்கு தடை விதிக்கப்படுகிறது. *சிறுதானிய உணவுகள், புவிசார் குறியீடு பெற்ற உணவுப் பொருட்களை விற்க வேண்டும் இவ்வாறு அதில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
