]]>நடப்பாண்டு நெல்லுக்கான ஊக்கத்தொகையை மாநில அரசு (28.8.2023) அறிவித்துள்ளது. கடந்த பல ஆண்டுகளாக தமிழ்நாட்டில் நேரடி கொள்முதல் நிலையத்தில் கொள்முதல் செய்யப்படும் நெல் குவிண்டாலுக்கு பொதுரகத்திற்கு மாநில அரசின் ஊக்கத்தொகையாக ரூ.75ம், சன்னரகத்திற்கு குவிண்டாலுக்கு ரூ.100ம் வழங்கி வந்தனர். இந்தாண்டு செப்டம்பர் 1 ஆம் தேதியிலிருந்து கொள்முதல் செய்யக்கூடிய நெல்லுக்கு ஒரு குவிண்டாலுக்கு கடந்த ஆண்டு வழங்கியதை விட வெறும் 7 ரூபாய் மட்டுமே உயர்த்தி ஊக்கத்தொகையாக பொதுரகத்திற்கு 82 ரூபாயும், சன்னரகத்திற்கு 107 ரூபாயும் அறிவித்திருப்பது விவசாயிகளுக்கு பெருத்த ஏமாற்றத்தை அளித்துள்ளது.
நெல் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படும் இடுபொருட்கள், ஆள் கூலி மிக கடுமையாக உயர்ந்திருக்க கூடிய இந்த சூழலில் ஒரு குவிண்டாலுக்கு 3000 ரூபாய் விலை கொடுத்தாலும் கட்டுபடியாகாத நிலையில், திமுக தேர்தல் வாக்குறுதியில் நெல் குவிண்டாலுக்கு ரூ.2500 வழங்குவோம் என்று வாக்குறுதி அளித்தார்கள். குறைந்தபட்சம் அந்த அடிப்படையில் இந்த ஆண்டு ஒரு குவிண்டாலுக்கு ரூ.2500 விலை கிடைக்கும் என்று விவசாயிகள் எதிர்பார்த்திருந்த நிலையில், மாநில அரசின் ஊக்கத்தொகையாக கடந்த ஆண்டு விட வெறும் ரூ.7 மட்டும் உயர்த்தி வழங்கியிருப்பது ஏற்கத்தக்கதல்ல.
எனவே, தேர்தல்காலத்தில் கொடுத்த வாக்குறுதி அடிப்படையில் குவிண்டாலுக்கு ரூ.2500 விலை கொடுக்கக் கூடிய வகையில் மாநில அரசு தன்னுடைய ஊக்கத்தொகையை உயர்த்தி வழங்க வேண்டும்.
தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் விவசாயிகள் கொண்டு வரும் அனைத்து நெல்லையும் நேரடி கொள்முதல் நிலையங்கள் மூலம் காலதாமதமில்லாமல் கொள்முதல் செய்வதற்கான உத்தரவாதத்தையும், கொள்முதல் செய்யப்பட்ட நெல்லை தேக்காமல் உடனுக்குடன் அங்கிருந்து ஏற்றி குடோன்களுக்கு அனுப்ப தமிழ்நாடு நுகர்வு வாணிப கழகம் ஏற்பாடு செய்வதற்கான உத்தரவையும், கொள்முதல் நிலையங்களில் 40 கிலோ கொண்ட மூட்டைக்கு 45 ரூபாய் வரை லஞ்சமாக பெறுவதை முற்றிலும் தடுப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளையும், கொள்முதல் நிலையங்களில் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெறும் குளறுபடிகளை போக்குவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை மாநில அரசாங்கம் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுமென தமிழ்நாடு விவசாயிகள் சங்கம் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது.
