சென்னையை அடுத்த திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டத்தில் அரசு பள்ளியில் பயின்று வந்த ஆறாம் வகுப்பு மாணவி, அதே பள்ளியில் உயர்வகுப்பு பயிலும் இரு மாணவர்களால் தொடர் பாலியல் தாக்குதலுக்கு உள்ளாக்கப் பட்டிருக்கிறார். பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மாணவிக்கு ஆறுதலாக இருந்திருக்க வேண்டிய பள்ளியின் ஆசிரியர்கள் அலட்சியமாக இருந்ததுடன், மாணவிக்கு மனநிலை பாதித்து விட்டதாகக் கூறி அவமதித்திருக்கின்றனர். பெற்றோருக்கு இணையாக ஆதரவு காட்ட வேண்டிய ஆசிரியர்களின் இந்தப் போக்கு கவலையளிக்கிறது.
திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அரசு பள்ளி ஒன்றில் ஆறாம் வகுப்பு பயிலும் மாணவி ஒருவரை அதே பள்ளியில் 9 மற்றும் 10-ஆம் வகுப்பில் பயிலும் மூன்று மாணவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து பாலியல் கொடுமை செய்து வந்துள்ளனர். கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் 2-ஆம் நாள் மாணவர்களால் பாலியல் தாக்குதலுக்கு உள்ளான மாணவி, அது குறித்து வகுப்பாசிரியரிடம் புகார் செய்திருக்கிறார். ஆனால், மாணவியின் புகாரை அலட்சியம் செய்த ஆசிரியர், அதன் மீது எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்கவில்லை. அதனால் கிடைத்த துணிச்சலின் காரணமாக ஆகஸ்ட் 3, ஆகஸ்ட் 4 ஆகிய நாட்களிலும் அம்மாணவியை தொடர் பாலியல் கொடுமைக்கு ஆளாக்கியுள்ளனர். அதனால், ஆகஸ்ட் 4 ஆம் நாள் கடும் வயிற்றுவலிக்கு ஆளான மாணவி, அது குறித்து தலைமை ஆசிரியரிடம் புகார் செய்திருக்கிறார். ஆனால், மாணவிக்கு நீதிக்கு மாறாக அநீதியே கிடைத்தது.
மாணவர்கள் தம்மை பாலியல் கொடுமைக்கு ஆளாக்கியதாக மாணவி அளித்த புகாரை விசாரிக்காத தலைமை ஆசிரியர், மாணவியின் தந்தையை பள்ளிக்கு வரவழைத்திருக்கிறார். அவரிடம், ‘‘ உங்கள் மகளுக்கு மனநிலை பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவரை மனநல மருத்துவமனைக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்லுங்கள்’’ என்று கூறியிருக்கிறார். போதிய கல்வியறிவு இல்லாத தந்தையும் அவாது மகளை கீழ்ப்பாக்கத்தில் உள்ள மனநல மருத்துவமனைக்கும், பின்னர் எழும்பூர் குழந்தைகள் மருத்துவமனைக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றுள்ளார். அங்கு தான் தமக்கு இழைக்கப்பட்ட கொடுமைகள் குறித்து, ஆகஸ்ட் 7 ஆம் நாள் மருத்துவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் வாக்குமூலம் அளித்திருக்கிறார். அதைத் தொடர்ந்து சிறுமிக்கு நடத்தப்பட்ட மருத்துவ ஆய்வில், அவருக்கு பாலியல் கொடுமை நடத்தப்பட்டதை மருத்துவர்கள் உறுதி செய்துள்ளனர்.
மருத்துவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் மாணவி தெளிவாக வாக்குமூலம் அளித்துள்ள நிலையில், அதனடிப்படையில் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து தவறு செய்தவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், வழக்கின் முதல் தகவல் அறிக்கையே அரைகுறை தகவல்களுடன் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டதால் குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்பட்ட மாணவர்களை பிடிப்பதில் தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டது. இப்போதும் கூட குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் மூவரும், சிறுவர் சீர்திருத்தப் பள்ளிக்குக் கூட அனுப்பப்படாமல், அதே பள்ளியில் படித்து வருகின்றனர். ஆனால், மாணவி அந்த பள்ளியிலிருந்து வேறு ஓர் உறைவிடப் பள்ளிக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டிருப்பதாக கூறப்படுகிறது.
பாலியல் தாக்குதல் நடத்தியதாக குற்றஞ்சாட்டப்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து அதே பள்ளியில் தொடர அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டதை எந்த வகையிலும் நியாயப்படுத்த முடியாது. மாணவர்களை அதே பள்ளியில் படிக்க அனுமதிப்பதற்கு முன், அவர்களால் அந்த பள்ளியில் பயிலும் பிற மாணவிகளுக்கு பாதிப்பும், அச்சுறுத்தலும் ஏற்படுமா? என்பதை அதிகாரிகளும், ஆசிரியர்களும் ஆராய்ந்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், செய்யவில்லை.
இதில் மிகவும் அதிர்ச்சியளிக்கும் உண்மை என்னவென்றால், பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மாணவி பயின்ற பள்ளியின் தலைமை ஆசிரியரும், வகுப்பு ஆசிரியரும் நடந்து கொண்ட விதம் தான். பாலியல் தாக்குதலால் பாதிக்கப் பட்ட குழந்தைகளிடம் நம்பிக்கையூட்டும் வகையில் பேச வேண்டும்; நடந்த குற்றத்தில் அவருக்கு தொடர்பு இல்லை – அவர் எந்த தவறும் செய்யவில்லை என்பதை புரியவைக்க வேண்டும்; பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்ணின் மனதைக் காயப்படுத்தும் வகையில் பேசக்கூடாது என்பன உள்ளிட்ட பல வழிகாட்டுதல்களை உச்சநீதிமன்றமும், மகளிர் ஆணையம் உள்ளிட்ட அமைப்புகளும் வழங்கியுள்ளன. அவை எதையும் பின்பற்றாமல் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமையால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மாணவியின் புகாரை ஏற்காமல் அலட்சியப்படுத்துவதும், மாணவியை மனநலம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவராக சித்தரிப்பதும் மனிதநேயமற்ற, மன்னிக்க முடியாத குற்றங்கள் ஆகும். இந்த குற்றங்களை இழைத்தவர்கள் மீதும் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
பாலியல் கொடுமைக்கு ஆளாக்கப்பட்ட மாணவிக்கு நீதி கிடைப்பதை தமிழக அரசு உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும். அதற்காக இந்த வழக்கின் விசாரணையை நேர்மையான மற்றும் திறமையான அதிகாரிகளைக் கொண்ட சிறப்புப் புலனாய்வுக் குழுவிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும். அதையும் கடந்து பாலியல் கொடுமையால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தைகளிடம் எவ்வாறு நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பது குறித்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தவும் அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்துகிறேன்.
