]]> மணிப்பூர் மாநிலத்தில் கலவரக்காரர்களிடமிருந்து தப்பிய ஒரு குடும்பத்தில் இரண்டு ஆண்கள் கொலை செய்யப்பட்டு, 3 இளம் பெண்களை ஆடைகளின்றி அடித்து இழுத்துச்சென்று வயல்வெளியில் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமை செய்யப்பட்டனர். இந்த நிகழ்வு நாடு முழுவதும் காட்சிப் பதிவுகளாக பரவி மிகப்பெரும் அதிர்வலையை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக உச்சநீதிமன்ற தலைமை நீதிபதி சந்திரசூட் வேதனை தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

அரசுக்குக் கால அவகாசம்..!

தலைமை நீதிபதி சந்திரசூட், ”இந்தக் காட்சி மிகவும் கொடூரமானது. அரசு இதுபோன்ற வன்முறைகளைத் தடுக்க மிகக்கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். மேலும் பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்யவேண்டும். ஒன்றிய மற்றும் மாநில அரசு மேற்கொள்ளும் நடவடிக்கையினை அடுத்த வெள்ளிக்கிழமைக்-குள் (28.7.2023) அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும். அந்தக் காணொலி என்னை மிகவும் பாதித்துவிட்டது. நாங்கள் கவலையடைந்துள்ளோம்.

அரசு நிர்வாகத்தின் மீது நம்பிக்கை வைத்துள்ள மக்களுக்குப் பதுகாப்பு அளிப்பது அரசின் கடமை. குற்றவாளிகள் மீது அரசு என்ன நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது. ஊடகங்களில் இந்தக் காட்சிகள் பகிரப்படுவது வேதனை அளிக்கிறது. ஒன்றிய அரசுக்குக் கால அவகாசம் தருகிறோம். அப்போதும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காமல் மெத்தனமாக இருந்தால், மணிப்பூர் தொடர்பான முடிவுகளை நாங்கள் எடுக்கவேண்டி இருக்கும்” என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

ராகுல்காந்தி..!

காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் மல்லிகார்ஜுன கார்கே: “மணிப்பூரில் மனிதம் மாண்டு விட்டது. மோடி அரசும், பா.ஜ.க.வும் ஜன நாயகத்தையும், சட்டத்தையும் வன்முறை வெறி ஆட்டமாக மாற்றி உள்ளனர். பிரதமர் மோடியின் ஆழ்ந்த அமைதியை இந்தியா மறக்காது, மன்னிக்காது. இப்போதும் அடுத்தவர்கள் மீது குற்றம் சுமத்தாமல் என்ன நடந்தது என்பதை நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு எடுத் துரைக்க வேண்டும்” என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இந்நிகழ்வு தொடர்பாக காங்கிரஸ் உள்ளிட்ட எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் குரல் எழுப்பவும் முடிவு செய்துள்ளனர். பிரதமர் மோடி விளக்கம் அளிக்கவேண்டும் எனவும் எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் வலியுறுத்தும் எனத் தெரிகிறது.

காங்கிரஸ் முன்னாள் தலைவர் ராகுல் காந்தி: “பிரதமரின் அமைதி மற்றும் செயலற்றத் தன்மைதான் மணிப்பூரை இந்த நிலைக்கு இட்டுச் சென்றுள்ளது. இந்தியா அமைதியாக காக்காது. மணிப்பூர் மக்களுடன் நாங்கள் நிற்கிறோம். சமாதானம் ஒன்றே முன்னோக்கி செல்லும் வழி” என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
