]]> நாகர்கோவில் கோட்டார் கணேசபுரம் மெயின் ரோட்டை சேர்ந்தவர் தங்க பாண்டியன். இவருடைய மகன் காசி (வயது 28), என்ஜினீயர். இவர் மீது கடந்த 2020-ம் ஆண்டு சென்னையை சேர்ந்த பெண் டாக்டர், குமரி மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்த 22 வயதுடைய இளம்பெண், பள்ளி மாணவி என அடுத்தடுத்து பாலியல் புகார் அளித்தனர். அந்த புகாரில், காசி தங்களுடன் நெருங்கி பழகி ஆபாச படம் எடுத்து மிரட்டியதாக கூறியிருந்தனர். மேலும் காசி மீது வடசேரி போலீஸ் நிலையத்தில் கந்து வட்டி புகாரும் அளிக்கப்பட்டது.

இந்த புகார்கள் தொடர்பாக காசி மீது போலீசார் தனித்தனியாக வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்து அவரை கைது செய்தனர். அந்த வகையில் அவர் மீது மொத்தம் 8 வழக்குகள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டன. பல பெண்களின் வாழ்க்கையை சீரழித்ததாக காசி மீது புகார்கள் குவிந்த வண்ணம் இருந்ததால் சி.பி.சி.ஐ.டி. விசாரணைக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டது. இதில் காசிக்கு உதவியதாக அவருடைய நண்பர் ஒருவரையும் கைது செய்தனர். மேலும் காசிக்கு உதவும் வகையில் பல்வேறு சாட்சியங்களை அழித்ததாக அவருடைய தந்தை தங்க பாண்டியனும் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார்.

காசி மற்றும் அவருடைய தந்தை தங்க பாண்டியன் ஆகியோர் பாளையங்கோட்டை சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டனர். பின்னர் தங்கபாண்டியனுக்கு கோர்ட்டு ஜாமீன் வழங்கியது. ஆனால் காசி 3 ஆண்டுகளாக தொடர்ந்து சிறையில் இருந்தார். காசி, மீதான 8 வழக்குகளில் 7 வழக்குகளுக்கு ஜாமீன் கிடைத்தது. ஆனால் நாகர்கோவில் அனைத்து மகளிர் போலீஸ் நிலையத்தில் 22 வயது இளம்பெண் அளித்த புகாரில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பலாத்கார வழக்கில் ஜாமீன் கிடைக்கவில்லை. இதன் காரணமாக தொடர்ந்து சிறையில் காலத்தை கழித்தார்.

இந்நிலையில், காசி மீதான 8 வழக்குகளில் 6 வழக்குகள் நாகர்கோவிலில் உள்ள மகிளா கோர்ட்டில் நடந்து வருகின்றன. ஒரு வழக்கு போக்சோ கோர்ட்டிலும், மற்றொரு வழக்கு 1-வது மாஜிஸ்திரேட்டு கோர்ட்டிலும் நடந்து வருகிறது. இதில் 22 வயது இளம்பெண் பலாத்காரம் தொடர்பாக மகிளா கோர்ட்டில் நடந்து வந்த வழக்கை நீதிபதி ஜோசப் ஜாய் விசாரணை நடத்தினார். இந்த வழக்கில் நேற்று தீர்ப்பு கூறப்பட்டது.

இதற்காக பாளையங்கோட்டை சிறையில் இருந்து நாகர்கோவிலுக்கு பலத்த போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்புடன் காசியை அழைத்து வந்து கோர்ட்டில் ஆஜர்படுத்தினர். பின்னர் காசியை குற்றவாளி என்று நீதிபதி ஜோசப் ஜாய் அறிவித்தார். இளம்பெண்ணை கற்பழித்த குற்றத்துக்காக சாகும் வரை ஆயுள் தண்டனை மற்றும் ரூ.1 லட்சம் அபராதமும் விதித்தார். அபராத தொகையை பாதிக்கப்பட்ட இளம்பெண்ணுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்றும் தீர்ப்பு கூறப்பட்டது.

காசி மீது முதல் ஆளாக புகார் கொடுத்த சென்னை டாக்டர் தற்போது தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்ட வழக்கில் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட இளம்பெண்ணுக்கு 22 வயது தான் ஆகிறது. அவருக்கு கடந்த 19-9-2019 அன்று முகநூல் மூலம் காசியுடன் அறிமுகம் ஏற்பட்டது. முதலில் முகநூல் மூலம் 2 பேரும் பேசி வந்தனர். பின்னர் நேரில் சந்தித்து பேசியுள்ளார். அப்போது இளம்பெண்ணை காசி, கணேசபுரம் ரோட்டில் உள்ள தனது கோழிக்கடைக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்று பலாத்காரம் செய்துள்ளார்.

மேலும், அதை வீடியோ எடுத்து அந்த வீடியோவை காட்டி மிரட்டி கன்னியாகுமரிக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றுள்ளார். இந்த கொடுமையை வெளியே சொல்ல முடியாமல் தவித்து வந்தபோது தான் சென்னையை சேர்ந்த பெண் டாக்டர், காசி மீது முதல் ஆளாக புகார் அளித்தார். அதன்பிறகு காசியால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்கள் அடுத்தடுத்து வந்து போலீசிடம் புகார் கொடுத்தனர். அதில் ஒருவர் தான் 22 வயது இளம்பெண்ணும். இவர் கொடுத்த புகாரில்தான் தற்போது காசிக்கு சாகும் சிறை தண்டனை கிடைத்துள்ளது.
