இலங்கை அரசு தமிழர்களின் விருப்பங்களை நிறைவேற்றும் என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம். சமத்துவம், நீதி மற்றும் அமைதிக்கான மறுகட்டமைப்பு செயல்முறையை முன்னெடுக்கும் பதின்மூன்றாவது திருத்தத்தை அமல்படுத்துவதற்கும் மாகாண சபைத் தேர்தலை நடத்துவதற்குமான அதன் உறுதிப்பாட்டை நிறைவேற்றுவதுடன், இலங்கைத் தமிழ் சமூகத்திற்கு மரியாதையும் கண்ணியமும் நிறைந்த வாழ்வை இலங்கை உறுதி செய்யும்.
வடக்கு & கிழக்கு பிராந்தியங்களில் வளர்ச்சி
இருதரப்பு உறவுகளுக்கு இந்த ஆண்டு சிறப்பு முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது. நமது தூதரக உறவுகளின் 75 வது ஆண்டு நிறைவை நாங்கள் கொண்டாடுகிறோம். மேலும், இந்திய வம்சாவளியைச் சேர்ந்த தமிழ் சமூகம் இலங்கைக்கு வந்து 200 ஆண்டுகளை நிறைவு செய்கிறது. இந்த சந்தர்ப்பத்தில், இலங்கையில் உள்ள இந்திய வம்சாவளி தமிழ் குடிமக்களுக்காக ரூ.75 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள பல்வேறு திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன். மேலும் இலங்கையின் வடக்கு மற்றும் கிழக்கு பிராந்தியங்களில் வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்களுக்கு இந்தியாவும் பங்களிக்கும்.
