வயது வரம்பு : For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years, For Officer Scale- II (Manager) – Above 21 years – Below 32 years, For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager) – Above 18 years – Below 30 years, For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Between 18 years and 28 years. மத்திய அரசின் விதிகளின் படி, வகுப்பு வாரியான வயது வரம்பு தளர்வுகள் உண்டு.

தேர்ச்சி முறை : முதல் நிலைத்தேர்வு, முதன்மைத் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வு என்று மூன்று கட்டங்களில் தேர்வு நடைபெறும்.

தேர்வு மொழி : பொதுவாக இந்த தேர்வு ஆங்கில வழியில் நடக்கிறது. தமிழ்நாடு பாண்டிசேரி தேர்வர்கள் தமிழ் வழியில் தேர்வு எழுதலாம்.

தேர்வு மய்யம்: தமிழ்நாட்டில் சென்னை, கோவை, மதுரை, நாகர்கோவில், நாமக்கல், சேலம், திருச்சி, நெல்லை, வேலூர், விருதுநகர்.

முன் தேர்வு பயிற்சி: இத்தேர்வு எழுதுவோருக்கு கிராம வங்கி சார்பில் இலவச பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இந்த பயிற்சி தேவைப்படுவோர், தேர்வுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது அதற்கான விரும்பத்தை கண்டிப்பாக தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த முன் தேர்வு பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் 17.07.2023 முதல் 22.07.2023 வரை நடைபெறும்.

விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம்: எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.டி., மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் ரூ.175, மற்றவர்களுக்கு 850 என்று விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மொத்தமுள்ள 43 கிராமப்புற வங்கிகளில் தமிழ்நாடு கிராம வங்கி, புதுவை பாரதியார் கிராம வங்கி ஆகியவையும் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. 43 வங்கிகளுக்கும் பொதுவான தேர்வு இது. அனைத்து வங்கிகளுக்குமான இத்தேர்வை ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதலாம். தமிழ்நாடு, பாண்டிச்சேரியை சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு தமிழ் வழியில் எழுத வாய்ப்பு உண்டு. அதுபோல மற்ற மாநிலத்தவர் அவரவர் தாய் மொழியில் எழுத வாய்ப்பு தரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
