அத்தேர்வு முடிவையும் 8 மாதங்கள் தாமதித்து வெளியிட்டுப் பெருங்கொடுமை புரிந்தது திமுக அரசு. இதனால் இராப்பகலாக கண்துஞ்சாது படித்து, அயராது முயன்ற எனது அன்புத் தம்பி தங்கைகள் மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலுக்கு ஆளாகியுள்ளனர்.
