ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தையும் தரமான கல்வியைப் பெறுவதையும், அவர்களின் கற்றல் அனுபவத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக அரசு மேற்கொள்ளும் முயற்சிகளின் பலன்களையும் உறுதிசெய்வது மாநிலத்தின் பொறுப்புள்ள அலுவலர்களாக நம் ஒவ்வொருவரின் கடமையாகும்.

உ) சிறப்புப் பகுதிகள்: படைப்பாற்றலையும் திறமையையும் ஊக்குவிக்கும் விதமாக, ’கதைப் பகுதி’, ‘பாடல் பகுதி’, ‘செயல்பாடுகள் பகுதி’, ‘கலை மற்றும் கைவினைப் பகுதி’, ‘வாசிப்புப் பகுதி’ உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்றனவா என்றும், அவையெல்லாம் முறையாகப் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றனவா என்றும் சரிபார்க்கவும்.
ஊ) அச்சுறுத்தலற்ற அணுகுமுறை: கற்பித்தல் முறைகளில் இத்தகைய முன்னுதாரண மாற்றத்தை வழிநடத்தும் ஆசிரியர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கவும் வழிகாட்டவும் உதவ வேண்டுமே தவிர நீங்கள் பார்வையிடச் செல்வது அச்சுறுத்துவதாக இருக்கக் கூடாது.
எ) உட்கட்டமைப்பும் வசதிகளும்: முதலமைச்சரின் காலை உணவுத் திட்டம் மற்றும் மதிய உணவுத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் வழங்கப்படும் உணவின் தரத்தை மதிப்பிடவும். சுற்றுப்புறத் தூய்மையையும் கழிப்பறைகள், தண்ணீர் உள்ளிட்ட அடிப்படை வசதிகளையும் உறுதிசெய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதைத் தனியாகச் சொல்லத் தேவையில்லை.
ஏ) பள்ளி சுகாதாரத் திட்டம்: தேசிய சுகாதார இயக்கம் மற்றும் பொது சுகாதார அமைப்புடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து பள்ளி சுகாதாரத் திட்டத்தைத் திறம்படச் செயல்படுத்துவதை உறுதிசெய்யவும். அனைத்துக் குழந்தைகளின் சுகாதாரப் பரிசோதனையும் கைப்பேசி செயலி மூலம் ஆசிரியர்களால் நடத்தப்படுவதை உறுதிசெய்யவும்.
