]]>சட்டத்துறை அமைச்சர் எஸ்.ரகுபதி, ஆளுநர் ஆர்.என்.ரவி-க்கு எழுதியுள்ள கடிதத்தில், ”ஊழல் வழக்குகளில் நீதிமன்றத்தில் விசாரணை தொடங்கிட இசைவு ஆணைக்காக (Sanction) அனுப்பப்பட்ட கோப்புகள் நீண்ட காலமாக நிலுவையில் இருப்பதையும், ஒப்புதலுக்காக அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்ட மசோதாக்கள் நிலுவையில் உள்ளதையும் குறிப்பிட்டு, விரைவான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்திட தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநரைக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளார்.
முன்னாள் அதிமுக அமைச்சர்களான டாக்டர் சி. விஜயபாஸ்கர் மற்றும் பி.வி.ரமணா ஆகியோர் குட்கா / மாவா விநியோகிப்பாளர்களிடமிருந்து சட்ட விரோதமாகப் பணம் பெற்ற குற்றச்சாட்டு தொடர்பாக உயர்நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவுப்படி கிரிமினல் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு மத்திய புலனாய்வு அமைப்பு (சிபிஐ) வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து விசாரித்து, இவர்கள் மீது நீதிமன்ற விசாரணை தொடங்குவதற்கு இசைவு ஆணையை சிபிஐ கோரியது. மாநில அமைச்சரவையும் அந்த இசைவு ஆணை கோரும் சி.பி.ஐ.-யின் கோரிக்கையை ஆளுநர் அலுவலகத்துக்கு 12.09.2022 அன்று அனுப்பியது. ஆனால் துரதிருஷ்டவசமாக இதுவரையில் இந்த கடிதம் தொடர்பாக எவ்வித பதிலும் கிடைக்கப் பெறாமல் முன்னெப்போதும் இல்லாத வகையில் தாமதப்படுவதால் இந்த வழக்கில் எவ்வித மேல் நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்க முடியவில்லை என்று இக்கடிதத்தில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதேப்போன்று, மேலும் இரண்டு நிகழ்வுகளில், ஊழல் தடுப்பு மற்றும் கண்காணிப்பு இயக்குநரகம், முன்னாள் வணிக வரி மற்றும் பதிவுத்துறை அமைச்சராக இருந்த கே.சி. வீரமணி மற்றும் முன்னாள் போக்குவரத்துத்துறை அமைச்சராக இருந்த எம்.ஆர். விஜயபாஸ்கர் ஆகியோர் மீது நீதிமன்ற விசாரணையை தொடங்கிட இசைவு ஆணை கோரியது. இந்தக் கோரிக்கைகளுக்கு மாநில அமைச்சரவை அனுமதி அளித்து அதற்கான கடிதங்களை முறையே 12.09.2022 மற்றும் 15.05.2023 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் ஆளுநர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டது. இந்த கோரிக்கை கடிதங்களும் நீண்ட காலமாக நிலுவையில் உள்ளன. முந்தைய அதிமுக அமைச்சர்கள் மீதான எந்த ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டு வழக்குகளிலும் நீதிமன்ற விசாரணையைத் தொடங்கிட தேவையான இசைவு ஆணையை இதுவரை ஆளுநர் ஆர்.என்.ரவி வழங்கவில்லை என்பதை இக்கடிதத்தில் சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ளார்.
ஊழல் வழக்குகளில் இசைவு ஆணை நிலுவையில் இருப்பது தவிர, மாநில சட்டப்பேரவையில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட பதின்மூன்று (13) மசோதாக்கள் ஒப்புதலுக்காக நிலுவையில் உள்ளன. இவற்றில் இரண்டு மசோதாக்கள் 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக நிலுவையில் உள்ளன. எனவே, மேற்குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள முக்கியமான கோப்புகள் மற்றும் மசோதாக்கள் மீது தனிப்பட்ட கவனம் செலுத்தி, இனியும் தாமதிக்காமல் ஊழல் வழக்குகளில் நீதிமன்ற விசாரணையை தொடங்கிட இசைவு ஆணையையும், மசோதாக்களுக்கு ஒப்புதலையும் வழங்குமாறு கேட்டு ஆளுநர் ஆர்.என்.ரவி-க்கு கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார்.
