Applications are invited from eligible unmarried Male and unmarried Female Engineering Graduates and also from Widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel who died in harness for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Indian Army. Course will commence in Apr 2024 at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

(i) SSCW (Non Tech) (Non UPSC). Graduation in any Discipline.
(ii) SSCW (Tech). B.E. / B. Tech in any Engineering stream.

பெங்களூரில் உள்ள ஆஸ்ட்ரோம் டெக் என்ற தனியார் நிறுவனத்தில் உள்நாட்டிலேயே தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ‘டேக்டிக்கல் லேன் ரேடியோ’ கொள்முதலுக்கு ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தில் ராணுவத்தின் துணைத் தளபதி லெப்டினன்ட் ஜெனரல் எம்வி சுசீந்திர குமார் முன்னிலையில் ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.

‘டேக்டிக்கல் லேன் ரேடியோ’ என்பது உயர்ந்த அலைவரிசையுடன் நவீன தொழில்நுட்பம் கொண்ட கம்பியில்லா வானொலியாகும். இதன் மூலம் நம்பகமான, பாதுகாப்பான தகவல் பரிமாற்றம் செய்யமுடியும். இதில் விரிவான பாதுகாப்பு அம்சங்கள் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஒரே கருவியை எந்தவித தடங்கலும் இல்லாமல் 48 மணி நேரம் தொடர்ச்சியாக இயக்க முடியும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
