]]>தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் மூலம் கடந்த ஆண்டு ஜுலை மாதம் 24-ஆம் நாள் நடத்தப்பட்ட தொகுதி 4 தேர்வின் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படவுள்ள பணியாளர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை, ஆணையத்தால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட 10,117 என்பதிலிருந்து உயர்த்த வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை தேர்வு எழுதியவர்களால் கடந்த இரு மாதங்களாக வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்தக் கோரிக்கை மிகவும் நியாயமானது. இந்தக் கோரிக்கையை தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கனிவுடன் ஆய்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் குறைந்தது 10 ஆயிரம் நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்கள் அரசுப் பணிகளில் இருந்து ஓய்வு பெறுகின்றனர். காலியாகும் பணிகளை நிரப்ப வேண்டும் என்றாலும் கூட, ஆண்டுக்கு 10,000 நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். ஆனால், 2012-ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிவிக்கையின்படி 10,718, 2017-ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிவிக்கையின்படி 9,351, 2019-ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிவிக்கையின்படி 9,398 என கடந்த 11 ஆண்டுகளில் 29,951 நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்கள் மட்டும் தான் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். 3 ஆண்டுகளில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட வேண்டியவர்கள் தான் கடந்த 11 ஆண்டுகளில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். தெளிவாக கூற வேண்டுமானால், சராசரியாக ஆண்டுக்கு 2,722 நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்கள் மட்டும் தான் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
11 ஆண்டுகளில் 1.10 லட்சம் நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்களை தேந்தெடுக்க வேண்டிய தமிழக அரசு, 30 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் குறைவான பணியாளர்களையே தேர்ந்தெடுத்திருக்கிறது. அப்படியானால், காலியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதாக இருந்தால் கூட, இந்த முறை குறைந்தது 80,000 நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்களை தமிழக அரசு தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும். ஆனால், கடந்த 30.03.2022 ஆம் நாள் வெளியிடப்பட்ட அறிவிக்கையின்படி 7,301 நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்கள் மட்டுமே தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. பின்னர் 21.03.2023 ஆம் நாளிட்ட அறிவிப்பின்படி இந்த எண்ணிக்கை 10,117 ஆக அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டது. இது எந்த வகையிலும் போதுமானது அல்ல.
தமிழ்நாட்டில் இன்றைய சூழலில் நான்கரை லட்சம் அரசு பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ளன. நடப்பு திமுக அரசின் பதவிக்காலம் நிறைவடைவதற்கு முன்பாக இந்த காலியிடங்களை நிரப்ப வேண்டும் என்றால், ஆண்டுக்கு ஒன்றரை லட்சம் அரசு ஊழியர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். மாறாக ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் அனைத்து வகை பணிகளுக்கும் சேர்த்து 10,000 பேர் கூட தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப் படுவதில்லை என்பது தான் உண்மை.
நான்காம் தொகுதி பணிக்கான தேர்வு எழுதியவர்களின் கோரிக்கையில் உள்ள நியாயத்தையும், அரசுத்துறைகளின் தேவையையும் கருத்தில் கொண்டு கடந்த ஆண்டு நடத்தப்பட்ட போட்டித்தேர்வுகளின் அடிப்படையில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படவுள்ள நான்காம் தொகுதி பணியாளர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை இரு மடங்காக, அதாவது 20 ஆயிரமாக அதிகரிக்க தமிழக அரசு முன்வர வேண்டும்.
அதுமட்டுமின்றி, இனி வரும் காலங்களில் ஆண்டுக்கு ஒன்றரை லட்சம் அரசு பணியிடங்கள் நிரப்பப்பட வேண்டும். அதன் மூலம் தமிழ்நாட்டில் படித்து விட்டு வேலையில்லாமல் இருக்கும் இளைஞர்களின் இருண்ட வாழ்வில் தமிழக அரசு ஒளியேற்ற வேண்டும்.
