]]>உலக சுகாதார உச்சி மாநாடு 2023 இல் “ஆரம்ப பராமரிப்பில் தொற்றா நோய்கள் குறித்த ஒருங்கிணைப்பை அதிகரிப்பது” குறித்த உயர்மட்டக் குழு விவாதத்தில் ஆற்றிய தனது மெய்நிகர் உரையின் போது இதைக் கூறினார். உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் இந்தியப் பிரதிநிதி டாக்டர் ரோடெரிகோ எச்.ஆப்ரின் இதில் கலந்து கொண்டார். இந்த ஆண்டு உலக சுகாதார உச்சி மாநாட்டின் கருப்பொருள் “உலகளாவிய சுகாதார நடவடிக்கைக்கான ஒரு வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட ஆண்டு” என்பதாகும்.

தொற்றா நோய்கள் உடனடி கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டிய ஒரு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க உலகளாவிய சுகாதார சவாலாக மாறியுள்ளன என்பதை வலியுறுத்திய மத்திய அமைச்சர், “உள்கட்டமைப்பு, மனித வள மேம்பாடு, சுகாதார மேம்பாடு, ஆரம்பகால நோயறிதல் ஆகியவற்றை வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கத்துடன் தேசிய சுகாதார இயக்கத்தின் கீழ் தொற்றா நோய்கள் தடுப்பு மற்றும் கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்கான தேசிய திட்டத்தை மத்திய அரசு 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தொடங்கியது. ஆயுஷ்மான் பாரத் முன்முயற்சி கொள்கை நோக்கத்தை வரவுசெலவுத் திட்ட அர்ப்பணிப்பு, நிலையான வளர்ச்சி இலக்குகளை பூர்த்தி செய்தல் மற்றும் உலகளாவிய சுகாதார பாதுகாப்பை அடைவதற்கான கொள்கை நோக்கத்தை வலியுறுத்துகிறது.’’என்று கூறினார்.
டாக்டர் பாரதி பிரவீன் பவார், தொற்றா நோய்களைத் தடுப்பதற்கும் கட்டுப்படுத்துவதற்கும் இந்தியாவின் அர்ப்பணிப்புள்ள உறுதிப்பாட்டைத் தெரிவித்தார். மேலும் இந்த முக்கியமான களத்தில் உலகளாவிய முயற்சிகளுக்கு ஆழ்ந்த பாராட்டுகளைத் தெரிவித்தார்.
