தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த மற்றவர்களுக்கு 35 வயது முதல் 47 வயது வரை. இப்பிரிவில் ஊனமுற்றவர்களுக்கு அதிகபட்ச வயது 57 என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
கல்வித்தகுதி: சட்டப்படிப்பில் பட்டப்படிப்பு. மேலும், Must be practising on the date of Notification as an advocate and must have so practised for a period of not less than seven years as on such date. முதன்மைத் தேர்வு : டிசம்பர் 2 மற்றும் 3-ம் தேதிகள்.
