வயது வரம்பு: அனைத்து விண்ணப்பத்தாரர்களுக்கும் குறைந்தபட்ச வயது 18 ஆகும். SC / ST / SCA / BC / BCM / MBC & DNC ஆகிய பிரிவினருக்கு உச்ச வயது வரம்பு எதுவும் இல்லை (அதிகபட்சம் 60 வயது-க்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்).

தேர்வு முறை: Certificate (CMLT – One year) – இந்த சான்றிதழுக்கு 50 சதவிகிதம், பிளஸ் டூ 30 சதவிகிதம், 10-ம் வகுப்பு 20 சதவிகிதம் என்று மதிப்பெண் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டு விண்ணப்பத்தாரர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவர். நேர்முகத்தேர்வு கிடையாது.

விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம்: SC / SCA / ST / DAP(PH) / DW ஆகியோருக்கு ரூ.300. மற்றவர்களுக்கு ரூ.600.
