01.01.2024-ஐ தகுதியேற்படுத்தும் நாளாகக் கொண்டு புகைப்படத்துடன் கூடிய வாக்காளர் பட்டியல் சிறப்பு சுருக்கமுறை திருத்தத்தினை இந்தியத் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் கீழ்க்காணும் அட்டவணையின்படி அறிவித்துள்ளது:-

  3. வாக்காளர் பட்டியலிலுள்ள மங்கலான, மோசமான, தரமற்ற, குறிப்பிடத்தகுந்த மற்றும் மனிதரல்லாத படங்களை மாற்றி நல்ல தரமான புகைப்படங்களை உறுதி செய்வதன் மூலம் படத்தின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்துதல்.
  4. பிரிவு/ பகுதிகளை மறுசீரமைத்தல் மற்றும் வாக்குச் சாவடிகளின் பகுதி/ பகுதி எல்லைகளை உத்தேச / ஓரளவு மறுசீரமைத்து வாக்குச் சாவடிப் பட்டியல் குறித்து ஒப்புதல் பெறுதல்.
  1. இடைவெளிகளைக் கண்டறிதல் மற்றும் அத்தகைய இடைவெளிகளைக் குறைப்பதற்கான உத்திகளையும் காலக்கெடுவையும் இறுதி செய்தல் மற்றும்
  2. கட்டுப்பாட்டு அட்டவணையை (Control table)  மேம்படுத்துதல்

4. ஏற்புரைகள் மற்றும் மறுப்புரைகள் மீதான தீர்வு 26.12.2023 (செவ்வாய்)-க்குள்
5. இறுதி வாக்காளர் பட்டியல் வெளியிடும் நாள். 05.01.2024 (வெள்ளி)

 

  1. புகைப்படத்துடன் கூடிய வாக்காளர் பட்டியல் சிறப்பு சுருக்கமுறைத் திருத்தம், 2024-ன் போது கோரிக்கை மற்றும் மறுப்புரைகள் அளிக்க அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட 17.10.2023 முதல் 30.11.2023 வரை உள்ள காலத்தில், வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் பெயர் சேர்க்கப்படவோ அல்லது வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் ஏற்கனவே இடம்பெற்றுள்ள பதிவுகளில் நீக்கம் / திருத்தங்கள்/ இடமாற்றம் செய்யவோ அல்லது ஆதார் எண்ணை இணைக்க விரும்பும் வாக்காளர் / தகுதியுள்ள குடிமக்கள், படிவங்கள் 6, 6பி, 7 அல்லது 8 ஆகியவற்றைப் பூர்த்தி செய்து கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு அளிக்கலாம்:  
  1.   அலுவலக வேலை நாட்களில் வாக்குச் சாவடி நிலை அலுவலரிடம் / வாக்காளர் பதிவு அதிகாரி / உதவி வாக்காளர் பதிவு அதிகாரி அலுவலகங்களில் அளிக்கலாம்.
  2. சிறப்பு முகாம் நாட்களில் அந்தந்த வாக்குச் சாவடி அமைவிடங்களில் வாக்குச்சாவடி நிலை அலுவலர்களிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.
  3. அலுவலக வேலை நாட்களில் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட அமைவிடங்களில்  நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட அலுவலர்களிடம் அளிக்கலாம்.
  1. பெயர் சேர்த்தலுக்கான விண்ணப்பத்துடன்,  வசிப்பிட முகவரி மற்றும் வயது ஆகியவற்றுக்கான சான்றுகள் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படவேண்டும். முகவரிச் சான்றாக கீழ்க்காணும் ஆவணங்களில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றின் நகலை அளிக்கலாம்:-
  1. முகவரிக்கான நீர்/ மின்சாரம்/ எரிவாயு இணைப்பு ரசீது (குறைந்தது 1 வருடத்திற்காவது)
  2. ஆதார் அட்டை
  3. தேசியமயமாக்கப்பட்ட/ அட்டவணைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட வங்கி/ அஞ்சல் அலுவலகத்தின் தற்போதைய கணக்கு புத்தகம்
  4. கடவுச் சீட்டு
  5. விவசாயி புத்தகம் உட்பட வருவாய்த் துறைகளின் நில உரிமைப் பதிவுகள்
  6. பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட வாடகை குத்தகை பத்திரம் (குத்தகைதாரராக இருந்தால்) 
  7. பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட விற்பனைப் பத்திரம் (சொந்த வீடு எனில்)

வயதுச் சான்றாக சுய சான்றொப்பமிட்ட கீழ்க்காணும் ஆவணங்களில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றின் நகலை அளிக்கலாம்:-

  1. தகுதிவாய்ந்த உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்பு/ நகராட்சி அதிகாரி/ பிறப்பு மற்றும் இறப்பு பதிவாளர் வழங்கிய பிறப்பு சான்றிதழ்
  2. ஆதார் அட்டை
  3. பான் அட்டை
  4. ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம்
  5. சிபிஎஸ்இ/ ஐசிஎஸ்இ/  மாநில கல்வி வாரியங்களால் வழங்கப்பட்ட பத்தாம் வகுப்பு அல்லது பன்னிரெண்டாம் வகுப்பு சான்றிதழ்கள், அதில் பிறந்த தேதி இருந்தால்
  6. இந்திய கடவுச் சீட்டு

  25 வயதுக்குக் கீழுள்ள மனுதாரர்கள் வயதுச்சான்றிதழை அளிக்க வேண்டியது கட்டாயமாகும். www.voters.eci.gov.in, https://voterportal.eci.gov.in ஆகிய இணையதள முகவரி மற்றும் “வாக்காளர் உதவி” கைபேசி செயலி (VOTER HELPLINE Mobile App) ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் ஆன்லைன் முறையில் விண்ணப்பிக்க வசதி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.  

  1. 01.01.2024, 01.04.2024, 01.07.2024 மற்றும் 01.10.2024 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் 18 வயது பூர்த்தியடைபவர்களும், வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் பெயர் இல்லாதவர்களும், பெயர் சேர்க்க படிவம் 6-ல் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.  விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் படிவத்தில் உள்ள உறுதிமொழியினை  பூர்த்தி செய்து சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டியது கட்டாயமாகும். வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் இடம் பெறும் வாக்காளரின் புகைப்படங்களின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்தும் விதமாக விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் 200 dpi resolution  கொண்ட புகைப்படங்களை அளிக்க / தரவேற்ற அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.
  2. வெளிநாட்டில் வாழும் இந்தியக் குடிமக்களின் பெயர்கள் வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்பட,  சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வாக்காளர் பதிவு அதிகாரியிடம் படிவம் 6A நேரில் அளிக்கப்படவேண்டும் – அல்லது வாக்காளர் பதிவு அதிகாரிக்கு தபாலிலும் படிவத்தை அனுப்பலாம்.  வாக்காளர் பதிவு அதிகாரியிடம் படிவம் 6A நேரில் அளிக்கப்படும்போது அதனுடன் கூட விண்ணப்பதாரரின் புகைப்படம், ஏனைய பிற விவரங்களுடன் நுழைவிசைவின் (Visa)  செயல்திறன் பற்றிய மேற்குறிப்பு அடங்கிய கடவுசீட்டின் தொடர்புடைய பக்கங்களின் ஒளிநகலையும் சேர்த்து அளிக்கவேண்டும்.  வாக்காளர் பதிவு அதிகாரி மூல கடவுசீட்டினை ஒப்பிட்டுச் சரிபார்த்து உடனடியாக திரும்பக் கொடுத்துவிடுவார்.   படிவம்  6A தபாலில் அனுப்பப்படும்போது, கடவுசீட்டின் ஒளிநகல்கள் சுய சான்றொப்பமிட்டு  இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.  
  3. ஒரு வாக்காளர் தனது வாக்காளர் அடையாள அட்டையுடன் ஆதார் எண்ணை இணைப்பதற்கு படிவம் 6பி-இல் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.  மேலும், தான் வசிக்கும் இருப்பிடத்தை ஒரு தொகுதியில் இருந்து வேறு தொகுதிக்கு மாற்றினாலோ அல்லது தற்போது வசிக்கும் தொகுதிக்குள்ளேயே இடம் பெயர்ந்தாலோ அல்லது வாக்காளரின் விவரங்களில் திருத்தம் செய்ய வேண்டியிருந்தாலோ அல்லது இடம் பெயர்தல் / திருத்தம் / வாக்காளர் புகைப்பட அடையாள அட்டை தொலைந்து போதல் ஆகிய காரணங்களுக்காக மாற்று புகைப்பட அடையாள அட்டை பெற வேண்டியிருந்தாலோ படிவம் 8-ல் விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். 

பல்வேறு வகையான படிவங்கள்:

படிவம் 6 புதிய வாக்காளர்களுக்கான விண்ணப்பப் படிவம்
படிவம்  6 A வெளிநாடு வாழ் வாக்காளர் ஒருவர் பெயரை வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் சேர்ப்பதற்கான விண்ணப்பம்
படிவம் 6B வாக்காளர் பட்டியல் அங்கீகாரத்திற்காக ஆதார் எண் உண்மையென சான்றுரைத்தல்
படிவம் 7 நபரின் பெயரை சேர்க்க ஆட்சேபணைக்கான வாக்காளர் விண்ணப்பப் படிவம்/ வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் ஏற்கெனவே உள்ள பெயரை நீக்கக் கோருவதற்கான விண்ணப்பம்
படிவம் 8
  • குடியிருப்பை ஒரு தொகுதியிலிருந்து வேறு தொகுதிக்கு மாற்றினாலோ அல்லது தற்போது வசிக்கும் தொகுதிகுள்ளேயே மாற்றினாலோ (அல்லது) 
  • நடப்பு வாக்காளர் பட்டியலிலுள்ள பதிவுகளை திருத்தம் செய்வதற்கான (அல்லது)
  • மாற்று வாக்காளர் புகைப்பட அடையாள அட்டை பெறுவதற்கான (அல்லது)
  • மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளை குறிப்பதற்கான விண்ணப்பப் படிவம்
