தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரியத்தில் உள்ள காலி பணியிடங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்திட வேண்டும், நீண்டகாலமாக குறைந்த ஊதியத்தில் பணிபுரியும் ஒப்பந்த தொழிலாளர்களை நிரந்தரம் செய்திட வேண்டும், ஓய்வு பெறும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு பணப்பயன்களை காலத்தில் வழங்கிட வேண்டும் உள்ளிட்டு பல்வேறு கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி தமிழ்நாடு மின் ஊழியர் மத்திய அமைப்பு (சிஐடியு) சார்பில் 09.07.2024 முதல் தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் அனைத்து மின்வாரிய அலுவலகம் முன்பு காத்திருப்பு போராட்டம் நடத்திட அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ளனர்.

தமிழக மக்களுக்கு அத்தியாவசிய தேவையாக உள்ள மின் வினியோகம், இயற்கை பேரிடர் காலங்களிலும் தங்களது உயிரை பணயம் வைத்து மின்வாரிய ஊழியர்கள் செய்து வரும் கடுமையான பணி அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே. மின்சார வாரியத்தில் சுமார் 30,000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட காலி பணியிடங்கள் இருப்பதால் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு பணிச்சுமை அதிகரித்து தினமும் ஒப்பந்த தொழிலாளர்கள் முதல் மின்பாதை ஆய்வாளர்கள் வரை விபத்துக்களுக்கு உள்ளாகி மரணத்தை தழுவும் நிலை ஏற்படுகிறது.

சிலர் மருத்துவமனைகளில் பல நாட்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டு உடல் உறுப்புக்களை இழக்க நேரிடுகிறது. இவ்வாறு இறக்கும் தொழிலாளர்களின் குடும்பங்களுக்கு கூட உரிய நிதியும், வாரிசு வேலை வழங்குவதிலும் பெரும் குறைபாடு உள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் அடிமட்ட பதவிகள் 10,200 பேர் பணி நியமனத்திற்கு மின் வாரிய நிர்வாகம் கொள்கை முடிவு எடுத்து அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டிருந்தது. அதனை தற்போது வாரியம் ரத்து செய்துள்ளது.

மின்வாரிய நிர்வாகத்தின் இந்த நடவடிக்கையை கண்டித்தும், காலி பணியிடங்களை உடனடியாக பூர்த்தி செய்திட வேண்டுமென வலியுறுத்தியும் தற்போது 9.7.2024 ஆம் தேதி முதல் தொடர் காத்திருப்பு போராட்டத்திற்கு தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

மக்களின் அன்றாட வாழ்வாதார பாதுகாப்பிற்கு தங்களை முழுமையாக ஈடுபடுத்திக் கொண்டுள்ள மின் ஊழியர்களின் கோரிக்கைகள் குறித்து மின்வாரிய ஊழியர்களின் சங்க பிரதிநிதிகளை அழைத்து பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி அவர்களது கோரிக்கைகளுக்கு சுமூக தீர்வு காண உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டுமென மார்க்சிஸ்ட் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சி தமிழ்நாடு அரசையும், மின்சார துறை அமைச்சரையும் வலியுறுத்துகிறது.
