]]> மாவட்ட நீதிபதிகள் பணிக்கான போட்டித்தேர்வு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வழக்கறிஞர் பணியில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 7 ஆண்டு அனுபவம் உள்ளவர்கள் இத்தேர்வுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க தகுதியுடையவர்கள் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்தேர்வெழுத ஜூலை 31-ம் தேதிக்குள் விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும் DIRECT RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF DISTRICT JUDGE (ENTRY LEVEL) IN THE TAMIL NADU STATE JUDICIAL SERVICE.

வயது:
தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த எஸ்சி., எஸ்டி, எஸ்சி அருந்ததியர் ஆகியோருக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் 35 வயது முதல் அதிகபட்சம் 50 வயது வரை. இப்பிரிவில் ஊனமுற்றவர்களுக்கு (40 சதவிகிதத்துக்கு மேல்) அதிகபட்ச வயது 60 ஆகும்.
தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த மற்றவர்களுக்கு 35 வயது முதல் 47 வயது வரை. இப்பிரிவில் ஊனமுற்றவர்களுக்கு அதிகபட்ச வயது 57 என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கல்வித்தகுதி: சட்டப்படிப்பில் பட்டப்படிப்பு. மேலும், Must be practising on the date of Notification as an advocate and must have so practised for a period of not less than seven years as on such date. With regard to Assistant Public Prosecutor-Grade I or Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II,they must be having not less than seven years of experience as an Advocate and / or Assistant Public Prosecutor on the date of this notification.

தேர்வு முறை: முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வு Preliminary Examination, முதன்மைத் தேர்வு Main Written Examination, நேர்காணல் Viva-voce என்று மூன்று கட்டங்களாக நடத்தப்படும். முதல்நிலைத்தேர்வில் இரண்டு பேப்பர்கள். ஓவ்வொன்றுக்கும் 100 மதிப்பெண் என்று மொத்தம் 200 மதிப்பெண். இந்த வினாக்கள் கொள்குறி வகையில் இருக்கும். சரியான விடைக்கும் ஒரு மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்படும். தவறான விடை என்றால் 0.25 மதிப்பெண் (மைனஸ்) குறைக்கப்படும்.

இதில் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்கள், முதன்மைத் தேர்வுக்கு அழைக்கப்படுவர். இத்தேர்வு கட்டுரை வடிவில் இருக்கும். இதற்கு மைனஸ் மதிப்பெண் கிடையாது. இதில் மொத்தம் நான்கு பேப்பர்கள் உள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு பேப்பருக்கும் தலா 75 மதிப்பெண் என்று மொத்த மதிப்பெண் 300.

இதையடுத்து நேர்காணல் உண்டு. மதிப்பெண் 100.

விண்ணப்ப காலம்: ஜுலை 1-ம் தேதி முதல் ஜூலை 31-ம் தேதி வரை ஆன்லைனில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

தேர்வு:
முதல்நிலைத்தேர்வு : செப்டம்பர் 30-ம் தேதி.
முதன்மைத் தேர்வு : டிசம்பர் 2 மற்றும் 3-ம் தேதிகள்.
நேர்காணல் : ஜனவரி 31-ம் தேதி.

பாடத்திட்டம், வகுப்பு வாரியாக மதிப்பெண் போன்ற விபரங்களை அறியவும் விண்ணப்பிக்கவும் www.tn.gov.in (or) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in என்ற இனையத்தை பார்க்க வேண்டும்.
