தமிழ்நாடு அரசு மகளிரின் நல்வாழ்வுக்காக வழங்கும் மகளிர் உரிமைத் தொகையை, வங்கிகள் தங்களது நிர்வாக காரணங்களுக்காக பிடித்தம் செய்யக் கூடாது என்பது குறித்து ஒன்றிய நிதி அமைச்சருக்கு கடிதம் எழுதப்படும்.
மகளிர் உரிமைத் தொகையில் பிடித்தம் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தால் அது குறித்து புகார் அளிப்பதற்கு முதல்வரின் முகவரி உதவி மைய தொலைபேசி எண் 1100- ஐ அழைத்து புகார் அளிக்கலாம். மகளிர் அளிக்கப்படும் இப்புகார்கள் குறித்து விசாரித்து உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
