விவசாயிகளின் நலன் கருதி மத்திய அரசு பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது.நெல்கொள்முதல் நிலையம் மற்றும் நுண்ணுயிர் பாதுகாப்பு திட்டம்.வருடத்தில் மூன்றுமுறை ரூ.2,000 ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கி வரும் மத்திய அரசைப் பாராட்டி இச்செயற்குழுவில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகிறது.
விவசாயிகளின் உற்பத்திப்பொருட்கள், கொள்முதல் நிலையங்கள் மத்திய அரசு மூலம் நாடு முழுவதும் திறக்கப்பட்டு செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது. தமிழகத்தில் கொள்முதல் நிலையங்களில் நெல்மூடைக்கு ரூ.50 கமிஷனாக வாங்கி விவசாயிகளின் வயிற்றில் அடிக்கும் திமுகவின் விவசாய விரோத நடவடிக்கையை கண்டித்து இச்செயற்குழுவில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகிறது.
விவசாயிகளின் நலன் கருதி குளங்களில் தூர்வாருதல் மண் எடுக்கும் திட்டத்தை தமிழக அரசு செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது. ஆனால் ஒரு யூனிட்டிற்கு ரூ.500-ஐ கமிஷனாக செலுத்தினால் மட்டுமே அனுமதிக்கப்படும் என்று விவசாயிகளை மிரட்டி திமுக மாவட்ட பொறுப்பாளர்கள் பணம் பறிக்கும் அராஜகத்தைக் கண்டித்து இச்செயற்குழுவில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகிறது.
தேசிய ஊரக வேலை உறுதி திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பணிபுரியும் பணியாளர்களை விவசாய வேலைகளுக்காக முழுமையாக செயல்படுத்திட தமிழக மாநில அரசைக் கேட்டு இச்செயற்குழுவில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகிறது.
இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள விவசாய நிலங்களை பயிர் செய்துவரும் விவசாயிகளுக்கு அரசு மூலம் விவசாயிகளுக்கு கிடைக்கும் சலுகைகளை வழங்குவது இல்லை.அரசு சலுகைகளை இந்துசமய அறநிலையத்துறைக்கு பாத்தியப்பட்ட நிலங்களில் பயிர் செய்யும் விவசாயிகளுக்கும் கிடைக்க செய்திட மாநில அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்திடவும், குத்தகை பாக்கி என்னும் பெயரில் விளையாத காலத்திற்கும் சேர்த்து குத்தகை பாக்கி வசூல் கொள்ளையை இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை தொடருகிறது.இதனை வன்மையாகக் கண்டிப்பதோடு குறித்த ஐந்து வருட குத்தகை பாக்கி வசூல் செய்து அந்த நபருக்கு குத்தகை உரிமை வழங்கிடவும் தமிழக அரசை வலியுறுத்தி தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகிறது.
இந்த கோரிக்கைகளை முன்வைத்து 26.05.2023 அன்று திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகம் முன்பு விவசாயிகள் ஒன்றுகூடி தமிழக அரசை வலியுறுத்தி கவன ஈர்ப்பு ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்திட இச்செயற்குழுவில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்படுகிறது.
