]]>2023 ஜுலை மாத முதல் வாரத்தில் பதிவுத்துறையில் சென்னை மண்டலத்தில் பணியாற்றி வந்த அனைத்து சார்பதிவாளர் அலுவலர்களும் மாற்றப்பட்டு புதிதாக சார்பதிவாளர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர். பல வருடங்களாகத் தொடர்ந்து சென்னையிலேயே பல சார்பதிவாளர்கள் பணியாற்றி வந்த நிலையில் பல புகார்களும் தொடர்ந்து பெறப்பட்டு வந்தன. எனவே, நிர்வாக நலன் கருதி சென்னை மண்டலத்தின் அனைத்து சார்பதிவாளர்களும் முழுமையாக பணியிட மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டனர். எந்தவித இடையூறோ வெளி அழுத்தமோ இன்றி வெளிப்படையான முறையில் பொதுமக்கள் நலன் மற்றும் நிர்வாக நலனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு அனைத்து சார்பதிவாளர் பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன.

எனவே, இதனைத் தவிர்க்கும் நோக்கில்தான் இந்த 20 இடங்களிலும் பணியமர்த்தப்பட்ட சார்பதிவாளர்கள் பணியிட மாற்றம் (Transfer) செய்யப்படாது பகராண்மையில் (Deputation) மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டார்கள். இதன் காரணமாக இருபது மாவட்ட பதிவாளர் பணியிடங்கள் பதவி இறக்கம் செய்யப்படுவது தவிர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எதிர்காலத்தில் மாவட்ட பதிவாளர் பணியிடங்கள் கூடுதலாக பெறப்பட்டு இதற்கு தீர்வு காணப்படலாம்.
