தமிழ்நாட்டில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தின் மூலமாக அரசுத்துறைகளில் உள்ள பல்வேறு பணிகளுக்கு தகுதியானவர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் போது, அதற்காக நடத்தப்படும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வு தகுதியும், திறமையும் கொண்ட பலரின் வாய்ப்புகளை பறித்து விடுகிறது. அனைவருக்கும் சம நீதியும், சமுகநீதியும் கிடைக்க நேர்முகத்தேர்வு பெருந்தடையாக உள்ளது. அந்தத் தடை விரைவாக நீக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
