விண்ணப்பதாரர் 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதம் முதல் தேதியன்று பதினொன்றரை வயது நிரம்பியவராகவும், 13 வயது பூர்த்தி அடையாதவராகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும். அதாவது அவர்கள், 2012 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 2 ஆம் தேதிக்கு முன்னதாகவும் 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 1-ஆம் தேதிக்கு பின்னரும் பிறந்திருக்கக்கூடாது. 2025 -ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி முதல் தேதியன்று அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பள்ளியில் 7-ஆம் வகுப்பு படிப்பவராகவோ அல்லது தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவராகவோ இருக்க வேண்டும்.
மாணவ – மாணவியர் சேர்க்கையானது எழுத்து தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வு ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் நடைபெறும். எழுத்து தேர்வில் ஆங்கிலம், கணக்கு மற்றும் பொது அறிவு ஆகிய தாள்களைக் கொண்டது. எழுத்து தேர்வு அடிப்படையில் தகுதியானவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வு நடத்தப்படும். நேர்முகத்தேர்வானது விண்ணப்பத்தாரர்களின் அறிவுக்கூர்மை, தனித்தன்மை போன்றவற்றை ஆராய்வதாக இருக்கும்.
இத்தேர்விற்கான விண்ணப்பப்படிவம், தகவல் தொகுப்பேடு மற்றும் முந்தைய தேர்வு வினாத்தாள் தொகுப்பை கமாண்டன்ட், ராஷ்ட்ரிய இந்திய ராணுவக் கல்லூரி, கர்ஷிகாண்ட், டேராடூன், உத்ரகாண்ட், 248003 என்ற முகவரிக்கு விரைவு அஞ்சல் வாயிலாக எழுத்து மூலம் விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
