]]>கலை பண்பாட்டுத்துறையின் கட்டுப்பாட்டின் கீழ் செயல்படும், தமிழ்நாடு ஜவகர் சிறுவர் மன்றத்தின் வாயிலாக 5 முதல் 16 வயதிற்குட்பட்ட சிறார்களுக்கு, கலைப் பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. சிறார்களிடையே மறைந்து கிடக்கும் கலைத்திறன்களை வெளிக்கொணரும் வகையில் அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் பரதநாட்டியம், கிராமிய நடனம், குரலிசை மற்றும் ஓவியம் ஆகிய நான்கு கலைப் பிரிவுகளிலும், 5-8, 9-12, 13-16 வயதுப் பிரிவுகளிலும் போட்டிகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.
அவற்றில் முதல் பரிசு பெற்றவர்களிடையே 9-12, 13-16 மாநில அளவில் போட்டி நடத்தி வெற்றி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு பரிசுகளும், சான்றிதழ்களும் வழங்கி ஊக்குவிக்கப்படுகிறது. 9-12, 13-16 ஆகிய வயது பிரிவுகளில் மாவட்ட அளவில் முதல் பரிசு பெற்ற சிறார்களுக்கு மாநில அளவிலான கலைப் போட்டிகள் நடத்தி, பரிசுத் தொகையும், பாராட்டு சான்றிதழ்களும் வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது.
அவ்வகையில், முதற்கட்டமாக 5-8, 9-12, 13-16 என்ற மூன்று வயது வகைப் பிரிவில் சென்னை மாவட்ட அளவிலான கலைப் போட்டிகள் 12.08.2023 அன்று பரதநாட்டியம், கிராமிய நடனம் மற்றும் குரலிசை ஆகிய கலைப் போட்டிகளும் மற்றும் 13.08.2023 அன்று ஓவிய கலைப் போட்டியும் நடைபெறவுள்ளன. கலைப் போட்டிகள் அனைத்தும் சென்னை-28, இராஜா அண்ணாமலைபுரம் டாக்டர் டி.ஜி.எஸ்.தினகரன் சாலையிலுள்ள தமிழ்நாடு அரசு இசைக்கல்லூரி வளாகத்தில் நடைபெறவுள்ளன.
போட்டிகளில் கலந்து கொள்ளும், மாணவ, மாணவிகளின் பெயர், வயது, பிறந்த தேதி, வீட்டு முகவரி, பள்ளியின் பெயர் ஆகிய விவரங்களுடன் (Birth Certificate) பிறப்பு சான்றிதழ் கொண்டு வரவேண்டும். பரதநாட்டியம், கிராமிய நடனம், குரலிசை ஆகிய கலை போட்டிகளின் 5-8, 9-12 வயது பிரிவு மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கு காலை 9.30 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 1.00 மணி வரையிலும், 13-16 வயது வகை மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கு பிற்பகல் 2.00 மணி முதல் மாலை 4.30 மணி வரையிலும், ஓவியப் போட்டிகள் காலை 10.00 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 1.00 மணி வரையிலும் நடைபெறும்.
போட்டிகளில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் மாணவர்களுக்கு பங்கேற்புக்கான சான்றிதழும், மாவட்ட போட்டியில் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு பரிசுகளும் வழங்கப்படும்.
இப்போட்டிகளுக்கான விதிமுறைகள்
பரத நாட்டியம், குச்சிப்புடி, மோகினி ஆட்டம் போன்ற நடனங்கள் ஆடலாம். முழு ஒப்பனை மற்றும் உரிய உடைகளுடன் நடனம் இருத்தல் வேண்டும். திரைப்படப் பாடல்களுக்கான நடனங்கள் (கர்நாடக இசை பாடல்களுக்கான திரைப்பட நடனங்கள் தவிர்த்து) மேற்கத்திய நடனங்கள் மற்றும் குழு நடனங்களுக்கு அனுமதியில்லை. குறுந்தகடுகள் / பென் டிரைவ் ஆகியவற்றினை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். இவற்றை போட்டியில் பங்கேற்பவர்களே ஏற்பாடு செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். குறைந்த பட்சம் 3 நிமிடங்கள், அதிக பட்சம் 5 நிமிடங்கள் வரை நடனமாட அனுமதிக்கப்படும்.
தமிழகத்தின் மாண்பினை வெளிப்படுத்தும் கிராமிய நடனங்கள் ஆடலாம். முழு ஒப்பனை மற்றும் உரிய உடைகளுடன் நடனம் இருத்தல் வேண்டும் திரைப்படப் பாடல்களுக்கான நடனங்கள் (கிராமிய இசை பாடல்களுக்கான திரைப்பட நடனங்கள் தவிர்த்து) மற்றும் குழு நடனங்கள் அனுமதியில்லை. குறுந்தகடுகள் / பென் டிரைவ் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். இவற்றை போட்டியில் பங்கேற்பவர்களே ஏற்பாடு செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். குறைந்த பட்சம் 3 நிமிடங்கள், அதிக பட்சம் 5 நிமிடங்கள் வரை நடனமாட அனுமதிக்கப்படும்.
கர்நாடக இசை பாடல்கள், தேசியப் பாடல்கள், சமூக விழிப்புணர்ச்சி பாடல்கள், நாட்டுப்புறப் பாடல்கள் மட்டுமே பாட வேண்டும். மேற்கத்திய இசை, திரைப்பட பாடல்கள், பிற மொழி பாடல்கள், குழுப்பாடல்களுக்கு அனுமதியில்லை. குறைந்த பட்சம் 3 நிமிடங்கள், அதிக பட்சம் 5 நிமிடங்கள் வரை பாட அனுமதிக்கப்படும்.
40×30 செ.மீ அளவுள்ள ஓவியத் தாள்களையே பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். பென்சில், கிரையான், வண்ணங்கள், போஸ்டர் கலர், வாட்டர் கலர் , ஆயில் கலர் பெயிண்டிங் என எவ்வகையிலும் ஓவியங்கள் அமையலாம். ஓவியத்தாள், வண்ணங்கள் தூரிகைகள் உட்பட தங்களுக்குத் தேவையானவற்றைப் போட்டியாளர்களே கொண்டு வருதல் வேண்டும். குழுவாக ஓவியங்கள் வரைய அனுமதியில்லை. ஒவ்வொரு வயது வகைக்கும் தனித் தனியாக தலைப்புகள் போட்டி தொடங்கும் போது அறிவிக்கப்படும்
