முத்தமிழறிஞர் டாக்டர் கலைஞரால் திறக்கப்பட்டு மக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட கோயம்பேடு அங்காடியில் சுமார் 86 ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவில் அமைந்திருக்கின்ற காய்கறி அங்காடி, மலர் அங்காடி, கனி அங்காடி மற்றும் உணவு தானிய அங்காடி என்று மொத்தமாக 3941 கடைகள் அமைந்திருக்கின்ற இந்த கோயம்பேடு மார்கெட்டில் இன்றைக்கு கனி அங்காடியை ஆய்வு செய்தோம். அதில் இருக்கின்ற 992 கடைகள், அந்த கடைகளிலே ஏற்படுகின்ற கழிவுகள் அந்த கழிவுகளை முறையாக அகற்றுவது தொடர்ந்து அந்த அங்காடி பகுதிகளை தூய்மையாக வைத்துக்கொள்வது என்று பல்வேறு நிலைகளில் இன்று ஆய்வினை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளோம்.
கண்காணிப்பு கேமரா
மழைக்காலங்களில் ஏற்படுகின்ற மழைநீர் தேக்கத்தை நிறந்தரமாக தீர்வு காணுவதற்கு சுமார் 2.5 கிலோ மீட்டர் அளவிற்கு மழைநீர் கால்வாய் புதியதாக கட்ட வேண்டும் என்று பொறியாளர்கள் தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்கள் இருந்தாலும் முதல் கட்டமாக அந்த கால்வாய் அமைந்திருக்கின்ற முழுவதுமாக தூர் வாரப்பட வேண்டுமென்று அறிவுறுத்திருக்கின்றோம். அந்த வழியிலே விரைவாக இந்த பணிகளை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு முழுவீழ்ச்சில் நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதற்கு இப்பொழுது பணிகள் துவங்கப்பட இருக்கின்றது. அதேபோல் இந்த ஆட்சி ஏற்பட்ட பிறகு கோயம்போடு அங்காடி மேம்பாட்டிற்காக சுமார் 20 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதிக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டது. அதில் புதியதாக நுழைவு வாயில் அதேபோல் நீரோட்டு நிலையம் அறிவிப்பது பொது அறிவிப்பு சாதனங்கள், கண்காணிப்பு கேமரா பொருத்துகின்ற பணி, உயர்மட்ட மின் விளக்குகள் அமைக்கின்ற பணிகள், சிதலமடைந்த மின் விளக்குகளை புதுப்பித்தல், டிஜிட்டல் அறிவிப்பு பலகைகள் பொருந்தும் பணிகள் மொத்தமாக ரூபாய் 13 கோடி அளவில் பணிகள் முடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மீதமுள்ள பணிகளுக்கு ஒப்பந்தபுள்ளி கோரப்பட்டு, கூடிய விரைவில் அந்த பணிகளும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
மேலும், 2023 -2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு மானிய கோரிக்கையில் கோயம்பேடு அங்காடியை நவீனப்படுத்துவதற்கு ரூபாய் 10 கோடியை ஒதுக்கீடு செய்தோம். இவ்வகையில் கோயம்பேடு மலர் அங்காடிக்கு அருகே எழில்மிகு பூங்கா அமைத்தல், அங்காடியில் சூரியஒளி மின்சார கட்டமைப்பை உருவாக்குதல், 24 மணி நேர ஒருங்கிணைந்த கட்டுப்பாட்டு அறை அமைத்தல், அங்காடிக்கென பிரத்யேக இணைய வலைதளம் உருவாக்குதல் ஆகிய பணிகளுக்கு ஒப்பந்த புள்ளி கோரப்பட்டு பணியாணை வழங்க நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
நிரந்திர நடவடிக்கை
அதேபோல், நம்முடைய கோயம்பேடு அங்காடியில் பல கடைகள் உணவு தானிய பகுதிகளிலே கடைகள் சில காலியாக இருக்கின்றன. அவைகளை மறு ஏலத்திற்கு கொண்டு வரவும், அதேபோல் பழ அங்காடிகளில் காலியாக இருக்கின்ற கடைகளை மறு ஏலத்திற்கு கொண்டு வந்து வியாபரத்துக்கு அந்த கடைகளையும் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டுவருவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ள இருக்கின்றோம். கோயம்பேடு மார்க்கெட்டில் சேருகின்ற தினசரி கழிவுகளை அகற்றுவதற்கு நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கின்ற ஒப்பந்ததாரர் பணி செய்கின்ற ஆட்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை மேலும் கூட்டுவதென்று முடிவு செய்திருக்கின்றோம்.
கோயம்பேடு மார்க்கெட்டில் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசல் அவ்வபோது ஏற்படுகிறது. அதை ஒழுங்கு படுத்திக்கொண்டுதான் வருகின்றோம். நிரந்திர நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதற்கு அங்காடி நிர்வாக குழுவின் முதன்மை நிர்வாக அலுவலரிடம் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. வருங்காலங்களில் போக்குவரத்திற்கும் பாதகம் இல்லாமல் அந்த கடைகளை வைத்திருப்பவர்களுக்கும் வாழ்வாதாரமும் எந்தவித பாதிப்பும் இல்லாத அளவிற்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
