அம்மரங்களையெல்லாம் 70 வயதான அ.அர்ச்சுனன் என்பவர் நட்டு, பராமரிப்பு செய்கிறார் என்கிற தகவலையும் தெரிவித்திருந்தார். விவசாயக் கூலியாக இருந்தாலும், மயானத்தில் மரங்களை நட்டு, மரகதச் சோலையாக மாற்றிய அ.அர்ச்சுனன் என்பவரை தலைமைச் செயலாளர் முனைவர் வெ.இறையன்பு தலைமைச் செயலகத்திற்கு வரவழைத்தார்.

அவருக்குப் பொன்னாடை போர்த்தி, பாராட்டி, அவருக்கு ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் நிதியுதவியும் அளித்தார். அந்த மயானத்தில் சுற்றுச்சுவர் கட்டி, பாசன நீர் வசதி ஏற்படுத்தி, நன்றாகப் பராமரிக்க வேண்டுமென்று மாவட்ட ஆட்சியருக்கு நேர்முகக் கடிதமும் அனுப்பினார்.
