]]> ஓய்வூதியர்கள் ஜுலை, ஆகஸ்ட், செப்டம்பர் ஆகிய குறிப்பிட்ட மூன்று மாதங்களில் நேர்காணல் செய்யப்படுவதால் அதிகளவிலான ஓய்வூதியர்கள் கருவூலத்தில் காத்திருந்து நேர்காணல் செய்வதை எளிமையாக்கு நோக்கத்தில் 

  • சிவில் (Service Pensioners) ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்களாக இருப்பின்  தாங்கள் ஓய்வு பெற்ற மாதத்திலும் 
  • குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் சிறப்பு ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு ஓய்வூதியம் தொடங்கப்பட்ட மாதத்திலும் 
  • பணிக்கால (Service Pensioner) ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுபவர்கள் (Double Pensioner)  தாங்கள் பணி ஓய்வு பெற்ற மாதத்திலும்

இணைய தள மூலமாக மின்னனு வாழ்நாள் சான்று பதிவு செய்து 2023-2024 ம் ஆண்டிற்கான நேர்காணல் 01-07-2023 முதல் நடைமுறைப்படுத்த   அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.   

மேற்கண்டவாறு ஓய்வூதியர்கள் தங்களுக்குரிய மாதங்களில் நேர்காணல் செய்ய இயலாத நிலையில்  நேர்காணல் மாதத்திற்கு அடுத்த மாதம் கூடுதலாக கால அவகாசமாக (Grace Period ) வழங்கப்பட்டு நேர்காணல் செய்து கொள்ள வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.    

மேலும், ஏப்ரல், மே மற்றும் ஜுன் மாதத்தில் நேர்காணல் செய்யப்பட வேண்டிய   ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் 2023-24 ம் ஆண்டிற்கு சிறப்பு நேர்வாக ஜுலை 2023 மாதத்தில்   நேர்காணல் செய்து கொள்ள உத்திரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஜனவரி, பிப்ரவரி மற்றும் மார்ச் மாதங்களில் ஓய்வு பெற்ற / குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் துவங்கப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியர்கள் ஜனவரி, பிப்ரவரி, மார்ச் 2024 ம்  மாதத்தில்  நேர்காணல் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.

இருப்பினும் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் / குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு தாங்கள் ஓய்வு பெற்ற மாதம் /தங்ககளுக்கு குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் துவங்கப்பட்ட மாதம் தெரியாத நிலையில் அத்தகைய ஓய்வூதியர்கள் தங்களுக்கு விருப்பமான எந்த மாதத்திலும் 2023 ம் ஆண்டிற்கான நேர்காணல் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்

மேற்கண்ட நடைமுறையின்படி ஒவ்வொரு ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு தாங்கள் எந்த மாதம் நேர்காணல் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பது  குறித்து ஓய்வூதியர்களின் கைபேசி எண்ணிற்கு குறுஞ்செய்தி அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

மேலும் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் தங்களது நேர்காணல் மாதம் குறித்து தெரிந்துக்கொள்ள  www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in என்ற இனையதளத்தின்( Home screen Page ) முகப்பு திரையில்   ( Pensioner Mustering ) ஓய்வூதியர் நேர்காணல்  என்கின்ற  இணைப்பினை(Click) கிளிக் செய்து தங்களது ஓய்வூதிய கொடுப்பாணை எண் ( PPO Number ) மற்றும் ஆதார் எண்ணை உள்ளீடு செய்து தங்களது பெயர், ஓய்வூதியம் வழங்கும் அலுவலகம் மற்றும் தங்களது ஓய்வூதிய நேர்காணல் மாதம் தொடர்பான விபரங்கள் அறிந்துகொள்ள வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது,  

எனவே, ஓய்வூதியர்கள் / குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர்கள் பின்வரும் ஏதேனும் ஒருமுறையை பின்பற்றி இணையதளம் மூலமாக மின்னனு வாழ்நாள் சான்று  பதிவு செய்து நடப்பாண்டிற்கான (2023-2024) நேர்காணல் செய்துக்கொள்ளுமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.  

  •   ஜீவன் பிரமான் இணைய தள மின்னனு வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் 
  1. இந்திய தபால் துறை வங்கி சேவையின் பயன்படுத்தி (அல்லது)
  2. இ-சேவா / பொது சேவை நிறுவனத்தின் மூலமாக (அல்லது)
  3. ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கங்களின் சேவையை பயன்படுத்தி (அல்லது) 
  4. ஆண்ட்ராய்டு கைபேசியில் “ஜீவன் பிரமான் முகம் பதிவு செயலியை “ பயன்படுத்தி 

மின்னணு வாழ்நாள் சான்று பெற ஓய்வூதியர்கள் அளிக்க வேண்டிய முக்கிய விவரங்கள்:

  1. ஆதார் அடையாள அட்டை   
  2. ஓய்வூதிய கொடுப்பாணை எண் ( PPO Number)
  3.  வங்கி கணக்கு எண் 
  4.  ஓய்வூதியம் வழங்கும் அலுவலகத்தின் பெயர் (Name of the Treasury)  
  • வாழ்நாள் சான்றிதழ் படிவத்தினை உரிய அலுவலரிடம் சான்றொப்பம் பெற்று  தபால் மூலம்  கருவூலத்திற்கு அனுப்பி ஆண்டு நேர்காணல் செய்துகொள்ளலாம், 

வெளிநாட்டில் வசிக்கும் ஓய்வூதியர்கள்: மேற்கண்ட இணையதள முகவரியிலிருந்து வாழ்வு சான்றிதழை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து இந்திய தூதரக அலுவலர் / மாஜிஸ்ரேட் / நோட்டரிபப்ளிக்  அலுவலரிடம் வாழ்வுநாள் சான்று (Life Certificate) பெற்று சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியம் வழங்கும் அலுவலகத்துக்கு  தபால் மூலம் அனுப்பலாம். 

  • நேரிடையாக கருவூத்திற்கு வருகை (Direct Mustering)

மேலும் ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் தங்களது விருப்பத்தின்படி நேரடி நேர்காணலுக்கு ஓய்வூதிய புத்தக;ம், ஆதார் அடையாள அட்டை மற்றம் வங்கி கணக்கு புத்தகம்   ஆகிய ஆவணங்களுடன் உரிய மாதங்களில் ஏதேனும் ஒரு அரசு வேலை நாட்களில் காலை   10-00 மணி முதல் பிற்பகல் 2-00 மணி வரை தொடர்புடைய ஓய்வூதியம் வழங்கும் அலுவலகம் மற்றும்  கருவூலத்திற்கு சென்று ஆண்டு  நேர்காணல் செய்யலாம்

ஓய்வூதியர்கள் தங்களது நேர்காணலில் ஏதும் குறைபாடுகள் இருப்பின் கருவூல கணக்குத்துறை ஆணையரகத்திற்கு தொலைபேசி / மின்னஞ்சல் வாயிலாக தெரிவிக்கலாம்.
