இதன் மூலம் தினசரி சுமார் 60,000 பயணிகளில் 20,000 பயணிகள் வரை முன்பதிவு செய்து பயணம் மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர். இந்த வசதியினை அரசு பேருந்துகளில் 200 கி.மீ. தூரத்தில் பயணிக்கும் பயணிகளுக்காக விரிவுபடுத்தவும் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன்படி மதுரை, கோயம்புத்தூர், திருநெல்வேலி, சேலம் போன்ற முக்கிய நகரங்களில் இருந்து பயணிக்கும் பயணிகளின் வசதிக்காக முன்பதிவு சேவை விரிவுப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
இதன்காரணமாக தற்போது ஒரு நாளைக்கான முன்பதிவு செய்து பயணிக்கும் வசதி 51,046 இருக்கைகளிலிருந்து 62,464 இருக்கைகள் வரை அதிகப்படுத்தி கூடுதல் பயணிகள் பயணிக்க வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது
இதனடிப்படையில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள முக்கிய நகரங்களிலிருந்து இயக்கப்படும் அரசு விரைவுப் போக்குவரத்துக் கழகத்தை தவிர்த்து பிற தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழக பேருந்துகளிலும் முன்பதிவு செய்து பயணிக்க இயலும். மேலும், பயணிகள் வழக்கமாக பயன்படுத்தும் முன்பதிவு தளமான www.tnstc.in மற்றும் tnstc mobile app மூலம் முன்பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். இந்த வசதி 07.06.2023 முதல் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தபடவுள்ளது.
