அதில் கே.பி.அன்பழகன் அமைச்சராக இருந்த காலங்களில் ரூ.45 கோடி வரை வருமானத்துக்கு அதிகமாக சொத்து சேர்த்ததாக வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதேபோன்று பினாமி பெயரில் அவரது மனைவி மல்லிகா, மகன்கள் சசிமோகன், சந்திரமோகன், மகள் வைஷ்னவி, மருமகள்கள், உறவினர்கள் உள்பட 11 பேர் மீதும் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
