]]>திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழக அரசு பொறுப்பேற்ற பிறகு தமிழ்நாடு வாழ் மக்களுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல; தமிழ்நாட்டுக்கு வாழ வந்த இலங்கைத் தமிழர்க்கும் ஏராளமான திட்டங்களை தீட்டித் தரத் தொடங்கினார் முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள். கடந்த 2021 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் 27 ஆம் தேதியன்று தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஏராளமான திட்டங்களை முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் அறிவித்தார்கள். இலங்கையில் இருந்து வந்த தமிழர்களை மனதில் வைத்து அறிவிக்கப்பட்டவை அவை. ரூ.318 கோடி மதிப்பிலான திட்டப்பணிகள் முகாம்களில் தங்கி இருக்கும் ஈழத் தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு நிறைவேற்றப்பட இருக்கிறது என்று அதில் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
13 உறுப்பினர்கள் கொண்ட ஆலோசனைக் குழுவை அமைத்தார்கள். 2021 ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 2 ஆம் நாள் வேலூர் முகாமுக்கு முதலமைச்சரே நேரில் சென்று பார்வையிட்டார்கள்.
முகாம்வாழ் இலங்கைத் தமிழர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டு வரும் மாதாந்திர பணக்கொடை, துணிமணிகள், பாத்திரங்கள், கல்வி உதவித் தொகை ஆகிய நலத்திட்டங்களை உயர்த்தப்பட்ட விகிதத்தில் வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவித்ததுடன், இலவச சமையல் எரிவாயு இணைப்பு, அடுப்பு மற்றும் சமையல் எரிவாயு மானியம், மகளிர் சுய உதவி குழுக்களுக்கு சமுதாய முதலீட்டு நிதி, இளைஞர்களுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்புடன் கூடிய திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும் எனவும் அறிவித்தார். இத்திட்டங்கள் அனைத்தும் சீரிய முறையில் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
இதில் மிக முக்கியமானது அவர்களுக்காக ரூ.231 கோடி செலவில் புதிதாக வீடுகள் கட்டித்தரப்பட உள்ளன என்பதுதான். “அவர்கள் அகதிகள் அல்ல, அநாதைகள் அல்ல, அவர்களுக்கு நாம் இருக்கிறோம். அகதிகள் முகாம் என்று இனி அவற்றை அழைக்க மாட்டோம். இலங்கைத் தமிழர் மறுவாழ்வு முகாம் என்றே அழைப்போம்” என்றும் அப்போது குறிப்பிட்டார் முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள்.
1983 முதல் ஈழத்தில் இருந்து தமிழ் மக்கள் இங்கு வருவது தொடங்கியது. இவர்களுக்காக முகாம்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டன. அ.தி.மு.க. ஆட்சி காலத்தில் இம்முகாம்கள் மிகமிக மோசமாக இருந்தன. அதனை பராமரிக்கவும் இல்லை. இந்த முகாம்களின் நிலைமை மிக மோசமாக இருக்கிறது என்பதை உணர்ந்த அன்றைய முதல்வர் கலைஞர் அவர்கள் 1997 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏராளமான திட்டங்களைச் செயல்படுத்திக் கொடுத்தார்கள். அதன்பிறகு 2011 முதல் 2021 வரை மீண்டும் அ.தி.மு.க. ஆட்சியில் அவர்கள் நிலைமை மிக மோசம் அடைந்தது. இந்த நிலையில் மீண்டும் இலங்கைத் தமிழர் நல்வாழ்வுத் திட்டங்களை மீண்டும் தொடங்கினார் முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின்.
இதன்படி இலங்கைத் தமிழர்கள் வசிக்கும் முகாம்களில் புதிய குடியிருப்புகள் கட்டுவதற்கு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் உத்தரவிட்டார்கள்.
கடந்த 17 ஆம் தேதி மிகமிக முக்கியமான நாள். தந்தை பெரியார் பிறந்தநாள். திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகம் உதயமான நாள். அன்றைய தினம் 13 மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள 19 இலங்கை தமிழர் மறுவாழ்வு முகாம்களில் 79 கோடியே 70 இலட்சம் ரூபாய் செலவில் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ள 1591 வீடுகளை திறந்து வைத்தார் மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள்.
இலங்கைத் தமிழர்களது முகாம்களில் மிகவும் பழுதடைந்த நிலையில் உள்ள 7,469 வீடுகள் புதிதாக கட்டித்தரப்படும் என முதலமைச்சர் அறிவித்திருந்தார். அவற்றில் முதற்கட்டமாக, 3510 வீடுகள் புதிதாக கட்டித்தரப்படும் எனவும் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு, அதற்காக ரூ.176.02 கோடி நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதில் இப்போது 1591 வீடுகள் கட்டி முடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. முதல் கட்டமாக கட்டி முடிக்கப்பட்ட வீடுகளை இலங்கைத் தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு வழங்கினார் முதலமைச்சர். அந்த வீடுகளுக்கு தங்களது பிள்ளைகளோடு மிகமிக கம்பீரமாக அவர்கள் நுழைந்தார்கள். இதற்கு முன்பு இருந்தவை முகாம் வீடுகளைப் போல இருக்கும். இப்போது வழங்கப்பட்டவை குடியிருப்புகள். மிக அழகான குடியிருப்புகள். அத்துடன் வீட்டுப் பயன்பாட்டு பொருள்களையும் மரக்கன்றுகளையும் வழங்கினார் முதலமைச்சர்.
மேல்மொணவூர் இலங்கைத் தமிழர் மறுவாழ்வு முகாமில் கட்டப்பட்ட வீடுகளுக்கு நேரடியாகச் சென்று முதலமைச்சர் பார்வையிட்டார்கள். “வீடுகளை நாங்கள் கட்டித் தந்துவிட்டோம், நீங்கள் தான் பராமரித்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்’’ என்று அன்போடு முதலமைச்சர் கேட்டுக் கொள்ள, அம்மக்கள் அன்புடன் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டார்கள். இந்த முகாம்களில் அடிப்படை வசதிகள் அனைத்தும் சீர் செய்து தரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நாடு விட்டு வந்த மக்களுக்கு வீடுகளை வழங்கி இருக்கிறார் முதலமைச்சர். இதுதான் எல்லாரது ஏக்கங்களையும் போக்கும் அரசாகும்.
